Can I play with a Ticket in?

I played for over 7 hours yesterday and hit 1 million BP and Rank 1
I came on this morning and lost it all, but still have my Blood Crystals and Player Level.
I sent in a support ticket with the Vod and screenshots.
Can I still play right now as I wait for a response or is it better to wait?

Yes, you can still play while they review the ticket. When you get a refund, it is added to your total Blood points that you already have, if you are refunded say 1million Blood points or more, it goes past the limit to give you the proper refund.
It only goes past the limit for that special case though, so yes you can still play and get BPs without fear of not getting the correct amount you lost.
