Glitches
i’ve just has a game where I couldn’t use my self care and then to top it off I couldn’t leave through the exit gates, so I got back into the map and found the hatch and surprise surprise it wouldn’t open even though everybody else had left, can you please sort out these glitches, they happen too often

That's a very interesting set of circumstances that happened to you, maybe you can file a bug report about it and they can see what to do about it if its replica-table.
I do hope your future matches are better than what you had to face during that one...

The hatch was most likely closed by the killer. The glitch that happened to you is well known by now and usually causes you to be unable to wiggle, heal yourself, see healing progress if someone else heals you and you're not able to exit via the gate but the hatch escape still works if that bug occurs as far as I know. Hooefully it gets fixed soon.

I was at the hatch before everybody escaped, it didn’t open and the timer ran out 😂

This is an age old glitch that has been reported multiple times. I wish they would fix it.

Perhaps they can't because its hard to locate WHY it happens, but it could also be because the glitch is so uncommon that it isn't an urgent issue to fix at the time.
I feel they're aware of it though, and it will eventually get fixed.
