Has anyone been experiencing loss of progression?
After a long DBD session my Nancy and Demogorgon were at levels 30 and 20 respectively. After booting up the game again both were back to level 1, the dailies I had completed reappeared and all BP earned during the session were gone. Its as if that entire session of playtime never happened, which id pretty big deal. This was on ps4 btw.
I've seen a couple of posts about it on the Bug Report section but not many. I want to know how broad this issue really is? Has anyone else experienced it? Has it happened multiple times to anyone? Is it platform specific?
I just hope it gets adressed in hotfix soon. Waiting until the mid-chapter update for a bug like this to be fixed would discourage a lot of people from playing the game.

I experienced it on the Chapter launch day. I just put in a a ticket on the official website and I got my lost bloodpoints back. Only happened on Nancy for me though.

I haven't, however some streamers I stop by every so often have 100 million or so BP from this.

I have not, and I do hope I never experience this as going through the process of getting all your progress back is a headache.
Its not hard to get the ticket approved with the proper proof, its just difficult to level EVERY. SINGLE. CHARACTER. BACK. UP.

It's never happened to me and I thank my lucky stars, I think I'd throw a fit if I lost my P3 progress.

Yes, yesterday, though lucky me just that of two-game session. Player Level and Shards remained the same though.
