Lol no that's stupid.
Survivors start the trial with 5 gens and a combined team of 4.
This means hatch spawns with all 5 gens done or equal to the remaining survivors minus the gens needed to be done.
Failure results in hatch opening. Sure it might of been your team who failed, but reality is that your part of this failure.
Hatch is closed. Door is now available to be opened. Again another chance for a survivor to get a undeserved win.
Each new stage is harder and unlikely to happen. Accept it and move on like killers had to accept that hatch auto spawns for last survivor. So no matter how good of a killer job you did you can be punished for it now.

I feel like i cracked the cryptic message behind the pictures. 🧐

How about 20% per completed gen? ONLY if the hatch is closed, and it's last survivor.
2 gens done, last guy alive, killer closes hatch, door is 40% done?

Surviving should require skill, you already have plenty of second chances, you don't need this one too.

What is it?

Please see above reasoning.
I mean you want more free escapes as a survivor? Would you also like me to carry you princess style at the start of the trial open the door and let you out onto a soft pillow?
Seriously your failures result in a harder escape be happy you get a chance. If a lot of killers had a chance they would remove the hatch unless 2 gens are completed. This should seriously be a thing still.
Survivors get rewarded for failure yet killers get punished for doing a amazing job. Yet you can't be happy with your pathetic excuse of a chance while a killer has a punishment for his success.

0 to 100 is a bit too much. I think 20% gen progress toward the door would balance that situation out a little. I don't consider 2 gens done a total failure.

Lol any progress towards the down is impossible you already have chances accept that. No before EGC you used to have need to done 2 gens before hatch would spawn as last survivor. Now its just a joke that survivors get it for free. I hate playing solo survivor anymore by any chance anyone dies and suddenly everyone is ready for the hatch game. Least before you had to earn it.
Nowadays Killers get punished for doing well and Survivors get the reward for failing. Your asking for further rewards for being a failure.

I put my butt on the line for everyone when playing solo. Even with two disconnects, I don't give up. I have only seen one person open the door one time ever, after killer closed the hatch. He hid, pulled handle, hid, pulled handle. Personally, I just hold the handle and wait for the killer to come pull me off the door. XD

Yeah that's usually what I do as well, I don't want to go through the drama of hiding and pulling. Too much effort, I'll just go to the next game.

I just want NOED removed, is that too much to ask for?

Same here honestly.

Not a smart idea.
The doors already open fast enough... if you want to have the doors open faster there is a Perk for that.
More so there are maps, keys, and now even a perk to help survivors find and open hatch. It is litterally a free second chance.
Plus if the doors were powered 50% by hatch closers then people would just go to an exit gate and wait. Why mess around looking for hatch, exposing yourself, when you can just hide and wait to open an exit gate in 10 sec?

One issue i have is the doors being close to eachother. The doors should spawn on opposite parts of the map.
And also, a closed hatch is no problem if you got a key ;) Always a delight. I wish i could see some of the killers dumb faces when they think they won just by closing the hatch

If doors would always spawn on opposite parts of the map, a killer would always have no chance stopping the last survivor from escaping. (Or he would be forced to run Whispers just for this scenario.)
Doors are NOT always close to each other. Sometimes it favours the killer, sometimes it favours the survivor.

Also, survivors can have keys, while killers cannot undo a completed generator.
If you did not bother to look for for an unopened hatch which at that point, you would have plenty of time to do so, than you deserve a harder time at escaping.

I feel like survivors don't need any more help surviving. More often then not the doors spawn in such a fassion that it's hard to be around either long enough to stop one from being opened

You didn't do the gens despite the time dynamic being in your favour.
You didn't find the hatch before the killer.
You are given a THIRD chance to survive by the gates being powered.
Now you want ANOTHER chance handed to you for doing ######### all.
