Nope, eac doesn't care about those files and Bhvr will not hunt you either. It's safe as long as you don't cheat.

It is working, Im using ini file modifications since release because it gives better fps and a smoother experience in general. It should be like that by default imo.

It's a INI file EAC has openly said they only ban for Animation and Skin files only no you are fine i did this and it actually worked.

yeah it's working for me too. did you disable all the effects? like bloom etc? it looks a lot cleaner now?

They won't say yes or no.
But in reality eac doesn't care and Bhvr doesn't care, same with custom icons. People are doing this since release and never got banned. Similar to other games, changing ini files never triggered a ban in games I play by myself.

Yeah it does look cleaner and less "greasy" if you know what I mean. Also, doing skillchecks with these lines is much easier because the delay of pressing a button and actually having the game registering it is gone. Makes playing just so much better.
QoL changes done by the community itself, sad that bhvr never bothered to make it by default.
