What ever happened to the charms on the hooks?
Sorry if it's been brought up since but I can vaguely remember there being potential charms on the hooks, what ever happened to those?

Just another faded memory to be implemented later on, or never...
I think it wasn't added because the idea of having charms on your hook was weird after enough thought was put into it... Or something?

im pretty sure those were supposed to be a reward for the Archives, which hasnt been implemented yet

yeah, completion charms, im pretty sure thats the thing you're talking about. should be coming with the Archives, unless they changed their mind about it. which i hope they havent

They are still in the works with the archives.

im guessing you cant answer this yet, but will charms have different styles? like, the charm that was shown on the livestream looks kind of cool, but isnt really my style. are there gonna be charms that are themed after different things? will it depend on the story of that tome?... am i asking too many questions that will go unanswered until the official announcement?

Side-note: The Charms come with the Archives and the Archives come very soon.
But let's not forget it says "Tentative" below the Archives.
Meaning it is the current release date, but let's not be surprised if they're not ready yet by then.

A cosmetic.
We don't know what it looks like aside from that one picture with the blue orb, but we can hang it on Hooks.
If that doesn't explain enough, then that means it's supposed to be a surprise. 😋

Judging from the road map, now coming up to the next Chapter, a long with the mobile version. THAN the archives, and with that map reworks and POSSIBLE the new ranking system (Which is my favorite part to come...)

So its a confirmed hook cosmetic or is it something different and if its a hook cosmetic how would that be fair for survivor mains

survivors will also have charms. i think it'll attach to their belt or whatever.

Oh okay i was just curious because if it was a hook only cosmetic it wouldn't effect a whole half of their playerbase unless it just changs how the hook looks when a survivor with that charm is put on the hook but then it wouldn't effect killers

I just imagine charms are gonna be a major clipfest for most of the cosmetics. And no one is gonna use them if they're locked to their default clothes.
