Scientists unite :) It irks me that the subset is not really representative of the entire killer community but you're right, it can't hurt to get some tangible statistics at least for the forum population. I'm sure BHVR has access to the entire data and will use that when making decisions.

I definitely see what you guys mean. However, I feel as if the more someone plays a killer the more enjoyability they get out of it, and this is at least a step in the right direction in my quest for data. Do you have any suggestions to make it more accurate.

Graph has been posted! Thanks a lot for your help, I got much more people to respond than I expected. BTW, this graph was taken from the reply's only, the straw poll was its one separate little experiment.

Michael and Doctor are the most played, while nurse, wraith, clown, Hillbilly, and plague are less played.

Based on the graph you posted, Wraith has 1 vote, Plague has 2, Clown has 2. Since Nurse has 1 vote, Hillbilly has 2 votes and Leatherface has 2 votes, if I were to judge only by the data alone without any background knowledge about what might have skewered the results, I will have to say that Nurse, Hillbilly and Leatherface are also in the same category as Wraith, Plague and Clown of killers who are either not very fun to play or are just not very powerful.

I was hoping demi would get a nerf but nope.... Best killer in game other than nurse got buffed so its impossible to survive at sub 10 ranks

I am saying that you collect the data but then make conclusions which are not based on the data at all. You have the same amount of votes for Plague and Hillbilly for example. But you are not making the same conclusions for them. Why is that?

I can't draw any conclusions from the graph personally due to the sample size being too small to be statistically reliable.

That's true. In my opinion, I wish that his chemicals had a more dangerous effect on players, as they do not seem to be that effective.

Maybe making charged bottles actually do damage when you directly hit the survivor would be fair. You have to basically look at the ground to throw them directly at the survivor, so I think it would be a fair boost to utility.
Or maybe a buff to either the status effects the bottles inflict or the area of effect/how long the gas lasts.

That would be nice too. Maybe he could make a potion that took longer to make by around 5 seconds, but a survivor in its gas field would be exposed for 10 seconds.

Yeah. I had no idea people liked playing as him this much. His only rival is Myers, and that killer is universally loved.
