I submitted a ticket but the issue resolved on its own how can i mark it was solved

I had troubles getting into swf games but it works now but i submitted a ticket at the time now that its solved on its own is there anyway to delete it the ticket is 9 hours old if that matters

If you reply to the ticket saying that your issue is resolved, the next time an agent sees it, they'll know your issue is resolved and close the ticket for you.
