i'm tired of hillbilly
Every game has a hillbilly and is an unstoppable killer
His map control is absurd, he with BBQ is just ridiculous. yes there is distortion but still it is completely broken
He has no cooldown with the chainsaw (except if it hits the wall)
His ability to walk with the saw on is very depressing he holds the time he wants
Hillbilly is one of the reasons that makes me tired of playing DBD

Just loop him. BBQ has more counters than Distortion and you can use offerings for Haddonfield/Lery's/The Game/Hawkins/Ormond if you face Billy so often.

Unless he is Bump Billy or has cooldown add ons, missing a Chainsaw is usually enough to keep a loop going and etc. Locker juking is the go to way to dodge BBQ (hence why no one uses Distortion), and unless you only have a tiny ol’ tree to run around, Billy walking with his Chainsaw isn’t enough to get you until he is in bloodlist 3 or something.
Speaking for myself of course, but besides his Freight train hitboxes, I usually enjoy playing against Billy alot more than Nurse and Spirit shoot even Freddy and Ghostface (namely because people always sweat using them). My only 2 annoying games against Billy recently was a major lagger (who was garbage but had that going for him and I still escaped) and a guy that slugged every time he got a down before we could unhook.

Yeah he’s hard but certainly not a Nurse or Spirit.

I don't like facing Hillbilly because games with him tend to devolve into run and gun hook exchanges.
He's not unstoppable but in Solo Queue most survivors don't seem to play to counter his BBQ. And this is in purple and red! I still rather fight him than Spirit, though.

I just get annoyed at how fast people go down to him because no one watches out for his BBQ assisted Chainsaw Sprints. Aside from that unless you’re in a dead zone, you should be able to last a little over 15 seconds against him easy.

I don't even like to play Billy cause of how easy mode it makes the game. Only if I get daily's will I touch him. I understand how frustrating it seems but he does have counters. Turn your camera and look at him when running and when his sprint starts, run immediately to the side. Run him in jungle gyms, make weird running patterns, anything. If you make him run in loops he's just a generic m1 killer. As for BBQ, just hide in a locker for 5 seconds or if no lockers around walk in one direction then change to the other way after 5 seconds.

Exactly! I hardly see him in Red Ranks. I actually breath a sigh of relief half the time he does show up, until 15 seconds later someone gets Chainsawed…

BBQ should drop auras if you start to use your power, and should only show auras for the first time you hook each survivor. Billy's movement should be slowed more while revving, and the penalty for cancelling/missing should be slightly higher. Don't @ me

Billy has a multitude of counters, you just need to alter your perception of him.
Walking at you with the chainsaw? There's so many counters it's laughable. A) you can try a juke. This is based entirely on your skill. Losing to this just means he outplayed you . B) if there's a locker, time the jump. If you're inside and he runs, it's a guaranteed miss. Unless you're absolutely potato and jump out immediately. C) find something solid and use it as a barrier. This works with trees (though not recommended) or with rocks, jungle gyms, loops, etc.
Barbeque Chainsaws? Counter BBQ. Hop in a locker, this hides the aura. Hide behind a gen, this also hides the aura. Get close to him before he hooks, this hides your aura and ensures he leaves the area for someone other than you. Fake out the aura, this is your last choice if none of the above are an option. Run one way, then after a small amount of time, start walking the other way. He'll assume you went the first way.
At the end of the day, Billy turns into a M1 killer with map pressure and that's it. The survivor is in complete control over Billy, just like any other M1 killer. If you make mistakes, you'll most likely lose. If you don't, he can't do a single thing against you. This comes from someone who used to main Billy, and stopped because of just how underwhelming he really is in the Red Ranks especially.

Billy can be looped like most killers. Its his map mobility that makes him tough.

Wow, survivor mains are complaining about Billy now. So according to you, they should nerf a balanced and loopable killer. How about learning to loop him and maybe stop crying for nerfs?

I havent lost against a hillbilly always sometimes but not always it's all about the correct timing to dodge his chainsaw. I have mainly lost against really good hillbillies but I have still ran them around a bit first.

Unfortunately BHVR is never going to touch BBQ and everyone defends it and insists it doesn't need nerfs. So this kind of adjustment will never happen.
Survivors have been complaining about Billy for the past year. It isn't anything new. Did you miss the memo?

Use lockers to counter BBQ common sense tells you that. It's not that powerful in fact I needs a couple of buffs to be fair

In the past year I heard more complaints towards Nurse and Spirit. Lately, people were complaining about the Oblivious status effect on Freddy. Billy wasn't complained about as much.

Christ alive my guy is there anything else developers can do to make your game more interesting. How's about we remove all killer perks and addons and change our abilities to gen repair or something. If the answer is no then GET GOOD AND STOP BITCHING. Or better still leave the DBD community and go play a game which requires a less skill.

Let's buff all other killer to Billy's level so that they can be played at high ranks. Then you'll get more variety.

Maybe buff the other killers to his level instead of dragging him down?
Funny that buffing the weaker links seems to be only acceptible on survivors.
