Hi can i get banned for using custom perks and addons skins?

I'm not 100% sure on how it works, as I don't use it myself. But i'm just informing you to be sure of what to change, as if you change the wrong files than EAC will ban you for it.
For example, if EAC thinks you're cheating, they'll ban you for it. It considers the file changes "cheating" when its just image changes.
Maybe @dfrenchiee knows what to do, and can tell you. But if you wanna avoid the risk of a EAC all together than I wouldn't bother editing the files.

Nobody has gotten banned for icons. Worst that will happen is steam thinks files are changed and won't let you launch, but just redo your cache.

No, they will not ban you for it; but if EAC thinks you're cheating and bans you there isnt much that they can do.

Unless you're aware of how to do this, it isn't a good idea. Since if you mess up with something in the files, than like dfrenchiee said, EAC will ban you and BHVR can't really do anything about it sadly...
So when doing it be cautious.

So i have to replace only png files ?

If you want to change the icons you need to replace them with different pictures named the same thing. I change my character portraits, so there is a slight risk of EAC thinking that i'm cheating.
You should be fine though. :-)

I think that's why some people don't do it, because a risk is present despite it being small.
