Devs pls fix cannot play on PS4
Killer queues are terrible and survivor queues just ain't happening...
I play on PS4 and LITERALLY cannot play rn.

I find games in like 30 seconds, other then that living the ps4 struggle

Besides taking forever... Whenever you do connect you get an error message and un-ready's everyone.
Folks ready up get kicked out of lobby.
Creating new lobbies and joining at once kicks everyone back to main screen.
While connecting to killer lobby one or more people don't load
After connecting to killer lobby and everyone is ready we get dc'd
Literally can't play...
I can't find survivors as killer so I switched... Now I know why. Also, thanks for asking 👍❤️

May I ask where you are from?
I'm from the EU (also PS4) and had no problem with survivor queues when I was playing a couple of hours ago.
Edit: Sorry for the bold font. I have no idea why it is this way.

Hm. I'm NA PS4 and my killer queues have been long but my survivor queues have been quick. (rank 15 killer, rank 12 survivor) Weird how it's so inconsistent for everyone.

Rank 3 survivor, Killer 5... It's just not the long queueing though.
All the bugs trying to get into the lobby is what's adding to it...

For me, the game keeps crashing when I'm leveling up in the blood web. Blue screen of death.

I go through these same exact problems. Been trying to get into a game for an hour now and I’ve had to close my app 3 times and load back in cause I freeze on the “ready up” screen

It's beyond frustrating but I'm hoping the fix it asap.

I find games in under 5 mins.. the only thing they need to fix is the fps on console it's almost unplayable

EU Red ranks and surprisingly still fast for the past few days

I keep getting stuck on connecting and have to restart my game on PS4
but its ok the game has only been out about 3 years
don't forget to buy those cosmetics all that works fine

I had been playing yesterday... survivor queues (Rank 6) were a gift compared to normal, getting games within a minute or two of searching. Killer queues (Rank 11) however... complete opposite. Takes 10 minutes to get a lobby at best. Also 3 man lobbies make that worse again.
I’m in the UK, if that information is useful at all. Recently the queues were as bad as each other but now that the event is on Killer queues are far worse.

Why does this matchmaking keep flipping changing? I swear some new crap is going to fix it/break it, however you see this current state then bhvr will throw a wrench in it/make it all better again. Just keep it one way or the other, bhvr. Enough with these turd decisions.

EST NA PS4 player here and I'm having the same issues. Played for an hour yesterday, 5 different killer lobbies. Each time either me or my same rank 5 survivor buddy would get disconnected. Either during load into lobby or while waiting for everyone to ready up. Quit trying after hour.
My killer lobbies take 5 minutes or more to start and it takes another 5 minutes to find 4 survivors. Rank 16 killer

Also, idk if you play solo, but after an hour of waiting and restarting my game, when I do get into a lobby it’s with rank 13-16s and I’m rank 5 🙂

Having the same connection issues as well especially when I play with friends! So frustrating! And I’m in CA,USA,,,, they need to fix this ASAP ,
