Please revert the forced Anti-Aliasing ASAP
Every single performance update has actually hampered mine since DbD for some weird reason doesn't like high-end GPUs.
I've been playing on LOW for the longest time as that was the only setting allowing me to get consistent 60fps at 4K resolution as it was the only setting that didn't use Anti-Aliasing, also known as the biggest performance-hogger ever.
Now that you enforce it even on LOW, my fps has almost halved to an average of 35. I find that not acceptable, sorry.
And even manually editing the GameUserSettings.ini file and setting the Anti-Aliasing to '0' doesn't turn it off anymore.
I can't play the game like that, Skill Checks are a nightmare, everything feels wonky and clunky instead of smooth and it's generally an awful experience now.
And since your game lacks a resolution setting, I can't even set that one lower.
I'm also sure I'm by far not the only one with this problem created because you guys had to screw up hair and you just couldn't revert back to the old hair as a more sensible option.
Dead by Daylight has been running poorly for a long time, optimisation is an on-going complaint and many people already run it on the lowest settings. Now we literally can't get any lower.
I'd rather have the characters have a bad hair day and have my 60fps back than this. Nice hair doesn't make my game playable.

I indeed can't play anymore. Since that frame rate is not stable, like a console 30fps would be, my game's resemble a fast-moving still show. If it were smooth, I could perhaps accept it, but the couple of games I played already were atrocious.

have you guys been seeing a reduction in sharpness on this setting? it's so blurry now!! pls report back to me

That too.

i imagine that is the least of your problem but still it was a lot sharper before. ah well i guess we'll have to live with it

No, we don't. It's not acceptable. I have a high-end PC, I can expect this game to run at acceptable frames per second. I bought this game to play it, not to look at it in my Steam library.

yeah you are right it should run smoothly on a high end system.

It's so blurry, I hate it so much. This needs to be reverted immediately. Please, devs.

Same here, i used low because i hate anti-aliasing effect, makes everything blurry, and f***s with my eye focus, my eyes hurting after an hour of play...
Or at least give us an option to turn it off.

I subscribe, they should add to the settings options to turn off the anti-aliasing.

Put this in the engine.ini:
[/Script/Engine.RendererOverrideSettings]
r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=False
That turns off the force AA setting.

it should be in the game menu in the settings, and not the hell where in %% # $$ # $ aappppppdaTTTTTAAAA% @ # $% @% $ ======falseeeeeeeeeeeee
