Spine Chill. No change needed.
STBFL, just consistency in basic attacks.

Monitor & Abuse, idk why but i feel like it helps a lot of m1 killers with 32m terror radius, and it's amazing with myers, i wouldn't say it rly needs a buff it's good as it is, and the +10 degrees FOV is icing on the cake

I really like Babysitter, but in needs an indicator if somebody has it.
I like Hex: Huntress Lullaby but it should only appear if somebody misses a skillcheck (regression bonus) or when I get at least 1 stack.

Iron Will, for stealth. Very convenient since most of the killers I play against tend to be stealth killers.
M&A is just a perk I'd run on all my killers stealth or not.

Fixated.
It has very weird thing that it doesn’t increase walking speed while injured. However, this is my the most favorite perk bcs I am a sneaky one and don’t want to be chased.
Fixated greatly works with Spine Chill: Spine Chill triggers, walk away really fast = profit, especially strong this combo in Farm and close maps.

Bond. So useful in so many scenarios. The info it gives saves lives, including my own.

My profile picture.
And yes, it could actually use a buff.
That 2-Token bonus? Yeah, useless.
Either make it a permanent 5% or replace it with something else.
Nothing strong of course, just something small or medium.
Oh, but preferably something that doesn't give away you have Devour Hope.

Haven’t thought of that.

Probably Urban Evasion. I love being stealthy and this just helps me accomplish it so much easier. Not to mention I'll use it in 100% of my games and it's not too situational, if at all. Very reliable perk for me. Especially since I don't wear dark clothes very often.

Killer:
-Hex: Devour Hope
-Pop Goes the Weasel
-Hex: Haunted Ground
-Spirit Fury
-Monitor & Abuse
Survivor:
-Borrowed Time
-We'll Make It
-Decisive Strike
-Adrenalin
-Dance With Me + Quick & Quiet
Yea, I know not really unique or whatever for Survivor but I only have so many Perks unlocked, as I play Killer bit more. Till I finish off Killer Perks, have ta stick with these & what the Shrine offers

Decisive Strike.
Hitting DS is the most pleasing thing in the game.
It is in a very good spot. However, ideally a minor buff to counter slugging would do. For instance, after you got unhooked, perk is active for 100 seconds. If you get downed, and killer moves away from you for 16 meters, the perk timer is put on pause.

STBFL
Being able to get right back on a survivor after a hit is so nice (plus it really screws with ppl who wanna body block you)
1 -
why would it need more time + have the timer paused for slugging?

Enduring and Second Wind

Iron Will for sure. As a solo survivor, I’d rather just be injured and make no noise so I can continue to work on gens until someone comes near me

Mine is M&A, and Pop Goes the Weasel.
M&A because Myers is my main, and it can be practical and other low TR Killers. And Pop Goes the Weasel because getting someone hooked and regressing a generator heavily is a big help at times.

Survivor: better together (new favorite gen perk omg), dance with me, pharmacy
killer: discordance, surveillance, dark devotion (very underrated perk don’t know why people do use it more)

We're Gonna Live Forever and BBQ and Chili
POINTS OVER PEOPLE, YOU'RE WORTH NOTHING ELSE, I LIVE ONLY FOR STACKS MUHAHAHAH

Definitely Devour Hope. The snowball that can be rolled with this perk is just insane if they don't get it down before 3rd token.

Spine Chill.
Why? Because its by far the best Perk in the game and nobody runs it. This perk is like a Tressure that nobody opens. It is amazing vs Stealth killers, great vs Nurse, Spirit and Huntress, it is great while looping the killer in jungle gyms (if you are really good with it) and on top of it, you get more skillchecks and faster repairspeed. How can any perk top that?
Would take it over DH, Borrowed time, Adrenaline, DS... even combined :P

Survivor: Spinechill/Premonition
Killer: Haunted ground/Ruin

for me it's balanced landing and iron will, they both just work for me and really help with chases. also i dont bother to selfcare in a corner so iron will helps me while i am injured and doing something useful.
well i dont play much killer but when i do i always run surveillance though i know it's annoying and cant be countered

Tried it, really good perk, but still not even a close contender. OoO also gives the Killer information, and Spine Chill wont. In a 4 players Comp, it is definitly an option tho.

Tbh anytime I see survivors using OoO...I keep them for last...bc most likely they'll reveal their location when the last guy go down.

The power of Genrush together with toolbox (Bond might require)

Head On! I love this perk with Q&Q. The stun isn't as bad as people think and if you combo it with Ds it can be a nasty double stun. The perk is in a perfect state right now and doesn't need a buff or nerf.

Noed jk jk. I love DEVOUR HOPE. it's the most rewarding perk there is.

Survivor: Lightweight
Killer: Franklin' Demise

OoO>Spine Chill

I’ve used both a lot and OoO is better by a long shot.

Opinions i guess. Why do you think it is better?
1 -
If you’re a good looper then you can waste a lot of the killers time, you’ll know where every trap and it completely ruins any mind games Freddy can do.
0 -
They still have information on your location though, I usually use sole survivor with it just Incase the killer doesn’t take the OoO bait.
1 -
I mean it is more or less a "i want your attention" perk, sure, if this is your goal, nothing tops OoO, but overall, you get more out of spine chill. Also, on redranks you mainly run into nurses and spirits. OoO is more hindering then helping vs those killers in my opinion.
