No it isn't weekly, its more periodically than anything tbh... Some characters get new content right out the door of their DLC release when it comes to cosmetics...

But no, it isn't weekly, the shortest I've seen two new content drops for characters was between a few weeks a part. Its entirely random though, it could be a week a part, a few weeks, or a month...

I also forgot to mention that content can come out a month a part from each other, but if we're talking on average, its a month or so between so far. But like I said its entirely random, like for example the Road less traveled collection came out about around August 28th, or so.

While The Rebel Star collection came out around September 4th or so. So it's literally weeks a part if they're popping out content, or at the latest its a month or a little bit more a part if the content is going dry for cosmetics.

If we're talking specific characters getting content, than that could take literally months at a time...
