Do both of the Cannibals' chili add-ons stack?
I like the idea of his ability, but he moves to slow while doing it, and the extra acceleration adds up. I feel he would be a lot better if his, low key, best add-ons stacked.

I'm not sure about stacking but the chili add-ons are not worth using at all. They barely make a difference and something like Beast's Marks or Knife Scratches does the job much better.

No, they hardly make any difference, if at all they do anything in-general.

If you're talking about both the Chili and Award-Winning chili add-ons, than they don't work at all and do nothing for LeatherFace. Although, if it does give LeatherFace an effect when in use, it surely doesn't show it during the game at all.
Stick to Beast Marks + Tuning Guide, or for lower tier add-ons, Knife Scratches + Primer Bulb. This will give you an increased running speed when going into hi chainsaw frenzy, and the other add-on increases the charge speed by a bit while countering the negative effects of Beast marks and Knife Scratches.

Thanks, I thought they did more, because someone on YouTube said they were his best add-ons. I just unlocked barbecue, so I'm probably done with Bubba. Sucks how bad he is.

every add on stacks, unless it explicitly says "does not stack" in the add on description.
at least thats how it should be.
