"The Connection to the Party Was Lost"

I don't know what the ######### causes this to happen (and no, I'm not in a SWF lobby) but it's really annoying and it needs to be fixed. After every game I'm booted to the main menu where it states the message in the title, and it does it AGAIN a minute after I try to join a lobby.

    Happens a lot to me every time I'm in a swf. I glad I keep my progress but it's still pretty annoying :/

    I get the message even when I'm sitting alone spending bloodpoints. I'm not even searching for games and I'm getting disconnected.
