So how do you guys feel about rank reset?
I've been thinking about rank reset since 13th is coming and I don't know, I mean, I get why they do it but I feel like it's a little too much. Derank 10 ranks to red ranks survivors and deranking green ranks survivors to almost rank 15 is just too much in my opinion. If they are going to keep doing rank resets they shouldn't derank that much, I would say 3-4 ranks, what do you guys think?

Im pretty sure it would be more than that to purple ranks who don't have that much time to play and go rank.

I like it, because it allows me to play killers I can't play in higher ranks.

Ditto. Tried playing my level 10 Clown against a 4man SWF earlier at purple ranks.
No thanks. I'll probably stick with Freddy until reset.

Serves no purpose. Ranks themselves are stupid and meaningless. They made player levels to fix it and do match making based off that but instead still use ranks to continually encourage good players to disconnect and derank and get easier matches.
The only reason anyone really wants to rank up is to get the achievement. Once you've done that ranks mean nothing to you.

I hate red ranks, so I can grind my way back which feels much more rewarding rather than being stomped at rank 1.

Player level is really nothing aside from how much you've played since its release and a way to hand out iridescent shards. Rank itself has become pointless unless you're trying to get the rank 1 achievements or such as there is no incentive to be in red ranks.

I mean i can do my Demogorgon Adept without deranking, but the harsh derank of red ranks is not good for lpw rank players.
