Head Out
If a Survivor leaves the game or if the Killer kills a Survivor, and no Generators are completed, this perk activates. You gain the ability to open the exit gates instantly. The exit gates will remain open for 5 seconds. Causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 4/3/2 days.

Head In
When entering a locker, you open the doors inward. A locker you are inside can only open inward.
Survivors cannot successfully open that locker unless they have Head On, in which case you are stunned for 3 seconds and that Survivor becomes Exhausted for the appropriate amount of time.
Killers who attempt to open a locker you are in will attempt to do so for 5 seconds before getting frustrated and giving up, which makes them Exhausted for 60/50/40 seconds.

Head Off
When the killer attempts to kill you, use your secondary action to stun them for 3/4/5 seconds and decapitate yourself. When Head Off activates, you are guaranteed a black pip.

You forgot
Head Strong - Vaulting pallets takes too long. While near a fallen pallet, tap the power button to bull rush through the obstacle. The pallet is broken and you are afflicted with the mangled status effect until you find some Tylenol.

Head Start - You've always been a forward thinker and planned ahead whenever possible. Equipping this perk instantly progresses all generators on a map by 99% at the beginning of a trial. They can not regress.

Head Down - Stealth is your middle name. When crouching you become completely invisible and lose all collision. Also you make no noise. Any Claudettes in the trial are marked with a bright radiance that can be seen up to 128 meters away. Also, they are exposed and killers can mori them without first hooking them.

Okay, I realize it's a joke, but Head Start would be neat to see in game.
Head Start
-at the beginning of the trial, all generators start at 15/20/30% and regressing. Generators are more durable, taking slightly/moderately more time to damage. You begin the trial with Exhaustion for 180/140/100 seconds.

Head In confuses me. If you're in the locker and it only opens inward, surely a survivor entering it with Head On should immediately mori you, no?

Killer equivalent of head start - Start the game with 2 random Survivors sacrificed. 😄 Well it's at least different.

So it just becomes useless if more than one person uses it?
Perhaps the perk should allow you to bypass a very difficult Skill Check when you're starting a gen to get like 10% progress on it, and works on gens that have regressed to 0%.
