Resilience or this is not happening?
Simple question my friend has, which is better for doing gens? She has both and they're both tier 3 but she doesn't wanna put on both and have to get rid of two perks that she uses but she's willingly to sacrifice one of her other perks. So which is better?

They both go hand in hand if you're making a build centered around healing yourself to 99% and repairing generators when injured, than heal when the Killer is close to be fully healed. (But even so, This Is Not Happening is still dwarfed by perks like Spine Chill and Alert, which are better for that build.)
But to answer which is better, Resilience is 100% better than This Is Not Happening, since the 30% skill check increase with This Is Not Happening doesn't really do much of anything but increase the "skill check success zone" sizes, while Resilience gives a flat 9% increase to many things like Healing, Repairing, Unhooking, etc.
(By Skill check success zone, it just increases the size of the ring where you can either get a Great Skill check, or a normal good skill check. With practice on the default size, that doesn't really benefit a Survivor at all... It more so makes them reliant on the perk to actually hit Great Skill Checks, which isn't really a good thing.)

Yeah, same as above. Out of those two, Resilience is better. Better to get used to the normal skill check zones now, and the practice will make you better in the long run in my opinion.

Resilience is much better, unless your friend is struggling to hit great skill checks. If your friend can hit great checks then I’d pick resilience.

Resilience is amazing in general, This is Not Happening is useless.
Combine it with Spine Chill and Prove Thyself with a good toolbox for speed.

Resilience is more useful for several reasons. Not only does it increase repair speed, but also the speed at which others heal you and your vaulting speed (which will save you from a lot of hits). It's the only perk other than Spine Chill that increases vaulting speed (and they do stack). It's a much better perk than This Is Not Happening overall.
