Make a Toxic Perk
Do what the title says. Make a perk that would be perfect for a toxic build but still somewhat balanced.
My Perk:
Escape Artist- Whenever you blind or stun the killer, leave no scratch marks for 5s. this has a CD of 60/50/40s

I think it would be a perk to speed up hook progression if a Killer is still nearby.

Good Manners
- Whenever you press crouch button at least 3 times in row within Killer's field of view, you gain + 150 Movement Speed boost for 5 seconds. Causing Exhoustion Status Effect for 3 / 2 / 1 seconds.

Withering Morale
"Every 10 seconds one or more Survivors remain in the Dying State, Withering Morale gains a Token, up to a maximum of 6/8/10 Tokens.
Survivors get a 5% action speed penalty for each Token.
You lose all tokens when a Survivor in the Dying State is hooked, killed, or healed."
No idea if numbers are balanced or not.

Literally not getting out alive
The entity has your back. While in a chase and within 10/15/20 meters of a survivor escaping through the gates, they die all end game style.

- a plume of gas comes out of you and surrounds the nearby air, making nearby players hold their noses and point at you, while shaking their heads in disapproval. Wondering why you wasted a perk slot on something so toxic...

STREAM SNIPER
A deep bond with the Entity unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. All streaming players will have their auras revealed and gain the Exposed status effect for the duration of the match.

You gain another health state. When taking a hit for another survivor you dont lose a health state

Push the crouch button right before a hit would land to dodge the blow
If mistimed, suffer from the deep wound status effect as well

stay right there
When the killer is 0-20 feet from a hooked survivor you get a 5% 10% 15% gen repair speed.
Killer
Why do you try
Whenever a survivor makes a unsafe unhook the entity blocks pallets from the rescuer for 30 40 50 seconds.

Tea Time
If a survivor repeatedly uses the crouch key within 3/4/5 seconds they are exposed and can be mori'd for the next 60 seconds.

When a survivor drops a pallet on a killer, he gains a sprintburst of 150% for 3 seconds. Cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds. No exhaustion.

You want a "toxic" perk? Easy.
**Sucker punch**
Whenever you preform an offensive action on a survivor (hitting them, grabbing them) they are inflicted with hindered and exhaustion for 4 seconds.
^ there would be a never ending bitchfest over this perk

I've always wanted a selfish survivor, the perk would be:
Once per trial you can throw your teammate backwards (to the killer of course) granting yourself a speedboost lool

Duck
When you crouch you avoid damage and when you move again you run at 150% your normal running speed for 3 seconds. Causes exhaustion for 60/50/40 seconds. When you avoid a hit you gain the movement speed as well as exhaustion even without moving.

Contingency plan-
If a survivor dc’s you earn 100% more blood points for a remainder of the match( stacks).
-If a survivor hasn’t dced then if a Generator or totem is cleansed/ activated then all survivors will become exposed until 1 has been downed.

Toxic perks
- S: Everytime you crouch and stand up, you gain another hook stage.
- S: Everytime you flashlight click, you gain 1000bp.
- K: Everytime you slash on hooked survivor, they process to the next hook stage.
- K: Everytime you Tbag on dying survivor with Pig & GF, they bleed out 10%.
- K: Once you pickup dying survivor and drop to the ground, they gain Knockout effect. Everytime you keep doing that, the aura reading from other survivors on dying survivor drop 8meter
Counter Toxic perks
- S: If Killer is tunneling you, you gain 30% more speed for the rest of trial
- S: If Killer facecamp you, your hook stage progress 300% slower (opposite to @UlvenDagoth )
- K: If a survivor Tbag you at Exit Gate area, Entity block only that survivor to exit for 60sec.
- K: If a survivor flashlight click you, they get Exposed status
Counter Toxic Offering
- K: An add-on let you face those toxic survivors that you marked them in the black list, they get Exposed status in the rest of that trial.

When nodding whilst carrying a survivor their wiggle is permanently paused and any other survivor you hit is immediately put into the dying state.

Survivor Perk
"Cry Baby"
When the killer makes any action that would injure survivor the survivor immediately turns to face them and calls them an overpowered cheap trash killer. The killers game immediately crashes and is uninstalled from their system.
