Another thing people aren’t talking about is the 6 seconds you’ll have to wait after 2 blinks. Base blink doesn’t have enough range to catch up to survivors.
Even if I know exactly where the survivor is, Nurse literally won’t be able to reach them if they decided to just gain distance (which any smart player will do). This nerf is 100% unfair to Nurse.
BTW Nurse is now completely dead on console. She will probably be one of the worst killers in the game.

Lol a rank 20 Nurse got nurse nerfed because she's too op. This is not centering the game around rank 20s. Fk man I know it may be a bit of exaggeration, but still.
When have you seen a ridiculously good rank 20 Nurse? She's hard af to learn in the beginning. There is like an equal chance to escaping a hook on your first attempt to find a good rank 20 nurse the devs would nerf her over.

People should just give nurse a chance and test out her rework instead of complaining that they cant blink 5 times during a chase unaffected by vaults,pallets, loops.

We know BS when we see it and this is a horrible change. Her base power was fine, it was only her add-ons that made her problematic.
Nurse was the last bastion against 4 man com SWF looking for a fight. The fact that you guys even considered touching her base power is atrocious.

Coming from the same devs that nerfed Freddy, Plague, Pig, Ghostface, Nurse, Myers, Legion etc... How about you make smart decisions and listen to the community? Look at the forums and social media even before these changes people pleaded to leave the Nurse alone and now you showed the changes there is a lot of people not liking it. But instead you pander to the already strong surviors and decide to nerf her 🧐

You're totally missing the point because you don't understand what's it is like to play nurse. It was already hard enough with 2 blinks, now the survivor will gain so much distance before you get 2 blinks again you've got to succesfully land a very long range 2 blink hit again. That's not happening against good survivors! She's no longer red rank viable.

I disagree. The main thing with nurse is muscle memory
I have no issues playing nurse as is, and most likely will not have one with her rework just because survivors have a slight chance of breaking line of sight with me

lol, Good luck waiting several seconds on rotten fields or lery's. Memory won't do you a bit of good. Her counter will be to literally run forward at full speed and you won't catch them. Good luck with that!

The notes clearly say she recovers her blinks while fatigued. If it is 3 seconds per blink base she will always have atleast 1 blink ready.

So if you learned nurse you know that IF YOU DON'T HIT THE SURVIVOR FIRST ######### TRY, they are gone.
Remember that she is still slower than a survivor and now you can't even catch up to them if they run in a straight line.

I'm a Legion main, and I think that Old Legion was bad. (Also cause now hating Legion is a meme) But they went over board.

neither does giving our feedback to, many people have said for a long time BASEKIT NURSE IS FINE ADDONS ARE THE PROBLEM. yet you still change the basekit. there is also many other things people want changed yet nothing gets done. and we have already given many reasons why not to like them without testing them, testing them will only give us more reasons. but knowing BHVR the changes will go through NO MATTER the feedback

for a killer main like me it means I'll finally find games faster (because, ya know, even if you're so delusional to always say "Devs aRe SrvivorS faVoUr'd!!!11", there are too many killers compared to survivors now).
For everyone else with a reasonable iq, let's see on the PTB how these changes will affect the Nurse in general. If it's too heavy, let's give them feedback for a slight tweak (buff) and that's all.

I like Spirit. Playing for both sides. Play against her is difficult, but interesting.

At the moment everything suits them, any changes are a potential threat to comfortable and easy victories. Therefore, most of them will be against any changes.

This was a "slight" nerf, so a "slight" buff would be giving her the base power back.

Hm. What's your point? This "slight" nerf is needed. As an ex-Nurse main I kinda stopped playing her because she was definitely easy mode.
Oh, and a little tweak =/= straight up buff.
I know that many players are kinda incapable of learning from their mistakes and take 4ks for granted, but the faster someone accept not every match is supposed to be a flawless victory, the faster he'll really learn how to actually play the game.

Instead of seeing her as ez mode, I see it as a killer who requires a different mindset to beat. Most players want to use the conventional tactics with pallets and loops on every killer, and Nurse breaks that gameplay loop. If people just took the time to learn how to properly play against her, there wouldn't be this much uproar of her having no counterplay. You wouldn't believe how much prediction goes into playing Nurse, and how smart survivors can screw over a Nurse vet's past experiences against other survivors in similar situations. She has counterplay, but due to both the ranking system being meaningless when determining skill past mediocre leading players to believe they're actually good, and pure laziness to adapt, we get outcries of "no counterplay!" Spirit is much worse in this regard. Nurse has a strong hand, but not unbeatable. And for how many hours you have to sink into her, it really should be a good reward.

Laziness to adapt to a killer who nullifies everything the survivors are given as tools to survive? This rant reminds me the times were on Doc/Freddy releases killers just said: "Just play stealth lul xd". If you want to whine about pallets and windows, just whine about them on a different topic, but don't bring Nurse as an argument, just because you don't like that this game revolves around those mechanics.
Being unfair to the game ruleset with little to no penalty is not a good reward. Oh and btw, losing a mindgame as Nurse don't mean you're not going to catch the very same dude 15-20 seconds later as she is now. There's almost 0 punishment for being dumb with that killer.

The community? Who might that be? The only people I've seen who aren't happy about this are nurse players. Who is that killer in your display picture?
Most of the community (non-biased people) is happy something that should have happened long, long ago has finally happened.

She's not red rank viable for you.
There are lots of nurses there who have no problems downing most survivors, even good ones, with 2 blinks.

I have read it, before I posted anything. My opinion of it is that it's vague nonsense which uses several different narratives that have been expressed by players including myself, but then seems to want to emulsify them together in support of their decisions when they are in fact mutually exclusive. They've been enabled to do this because very few people posting here are interested in good-faith discussions about game design and balance.

The addons WERE NOT the only issue with her. She was broken, she deserved the nerf, glad we're getting it. (and Im a killer main.)
