Nurse is still the best.
So, even before testing the PTB, every single killer player only said one thing: "Nurse is Dead" "OMG Spirit's Next" "The survivors mains did this". But honestly, nurse is still the best killer. I did some frame timing with a clip i got from the PTB gameplay, and the only real thing that changed is if you double blink with The Nurse you will wait 2.4 seconds more than usual (measured from end of fatigue animation to second blink recharged). Is this enough to make Nurse bad? Absolutely not. Did she lose the "Best Killer" title? Also not, she still is the killer who denies Pallets, Vaults and Looping. The only real changes are how hard it is to play her now, since you get punished for blinking without thinking and missing.
(P.S GEN GRABBER IS BETTER, BUT THOSE ARE DOUBLE ADDONS AND A SPECIFIC BUILD)

She's just not in a tier of her own anymore. I don't understand the people freaking out. This is one of those times you need to look at the bigger picture. Nurse not being a beast will mean that more changes can be done over all. Buff lower rank Killers, Rework maps. Cause guess what? YOu don't have the threat of Nurse being a TITAN anymore.

The problem is, Nurse was a killer which were on her own tier, because she was needed to win some games, while all other killers couldn't do it.
Without addons n' #########, shes very balanced and good players can still win, while she has a good chance of winning either.
NOED on nurse however shouldnt work.

I really enjoyed the new addons, they are balanced and are what a ultra rare should be. They provide you with enourmous help, while still offering counterplay

Instead of travelling the map with her power being used all the time, she now has to wait doing nothing with her extremely slow movement speed.
She deserved a slight buff and huge addon nerf, but not this.
All nurse players I know are upset, only the survivors are happy.
She was fun to play, because you get rewarded for playing good, now you get punished and rewarded for doing so and get bored because of your ability is crippled.
Im not a nurse player by any means, but the treatment here is unfair.
Where are the fixes to godloops, pallet rich maps and bad game design maps?
Where is the fix for the tons of killer bugs, bad totem spots, straight out exploits etc?
I've reported so much and nothing got changed. Not even an answer from the devs.
Game development isn't that hard, they just need to listen to the user base.
They need a quality control team.
Also Otzdarva really isn't a good killer player.

She has to wait almost 3 seconds, as i explained. She is now a much more balanced killer for rewarding more skilled players and smarter blinks, the old nurse was very mindless to play and you had no down time.
