Nurse has become add on dependent, and that sucks
There isn't a ton to say, just that now Nurse is particularly add on dependent. I really hate it. She used to be good at base, but not really anymore. I don't wanna have to rely on Rares and Uncommons, I don't wanna USE ANY add ons.
She's hurting, this change is bad.

I don't play Nurse regularly but I do hate add-on dependent killers.
I want to level every killer and unlock all their perks, I literally can't afford to play add-on dependent killers because I can't keep sinking BP into their bloodweb if I want to spend it on other killers.

As far as I can see she still seems quite viable without addons. The recharge time really isn't that long, and her blinks are still as powerful as ever.
To be fair, when a killer is viable against even the best survivors without addons, there's no way that that killer will not be op as soon as he uses addons, since addons simply enhance a killer. If addons had downsides that were just as big as it's upsides, that would be a different story. Some of her addons do have downsides but it seems like the upsides outweigh the downsides.

I just really hate chases that I could end much quicker are now not possible, mostly because I have a 3 second recharge that cancels if I prepare another blink. I can get 4k's with her easy, but man is it so annoying to do so. I'd much rather have an increased fatigue, they basically gave her another mechanic into her that is meant to help survivors escape, but the blink recharge did not prevent me from losing anybody, it just prolonged chases stupidly.

I would never take billy into a game against the best survivors without addons. I would never take Trapper into a game against the best survivors without addons (when will trapper get his traps at the start?). I would never take my favorite killer Huntress into a game against the best survivors without addons. I don't understand why nurse players think hey should be any different?
This game is balanced around killers at the highest level using addons against survivors at the highest level. Nurse players have been spoiled for too long. Time for them to eat some humble pie.

It's kinda funny how most survivors don't really seem to overreact when they get nerfed or changed, but as soon as The Queen of DBD gets looked at, everyone has a severe meltdown.

Honestly base nurse is still the strongest killer in the game even at base now if it came down to add-ons gen grabber spirit is the best in game.

I have a feeling that we will need to use 2 recharge addons to get the same feeling from playing nurse. i also used the pin cone addon with quicker charge/range so rip muscle memory.

IF the new Nurse needs add ons to become red rank viable, then she has lost her high tier killer rank and dropped to mid tier killer rank.
What made the old nurse, spirit and billy red rank viable was that you didn't need add ons to become viable. Now that she needs add ons, shes not a high tier killer anymore.
Imagine needing two addons, (very rare, and rare add ons) to become viable against optimal rank 1 survivors and rank 1 SWF.

From a fellow killer main, Nurse is fine. Yes, she got nerfed. But shes still the best killer in the game. She's addon dependant? So are all the other killers. All the nerfs did was raise her skill cap

No one wants more add on dependent killers, we want less add on dependent killers, and adding more add on dependent killers isn't healthy for the game.
