How to make blood web progression easier
My idea: spawn 3 perks each bloodweb (maybe after level 25) and allow the possibility to get 2. Once you purchase the 1st perk one of the other 2 is randomly consumed. Given how the entity goes through the bloodweb you would still have enough time to buy that 2nd perk if you wanted to.

I like it. The grind is so strong in the game right now without those regular double bloodpoints events we had and with bloody parties being rare, it's very tedious to get the perks you want. I usually get bored or tired for such slow progression. And also many people can't spend a lot of hours in the game and this game requires a lot to get a decent build.

I think it should all be altered by prestiged levels if that makes any sense.
Spawn 3 perks after you are a specific prestiged level and be allowed 2 perks.9 -

That's a good idea too, and will bring more meaning to prestige a character.

Prestige 2 - 3 spawn, can buy 2
Prestige 3 - 3 spawn, can buy 2, all perks spawn at tier 35 -

No need for your idea, if the devs remove all perk lvls exept the third one.
