Shop While You Wait
If there was a way to browse and buy cosmetics while waiting for a match, I think BHVR would sell a lot more... This just feels wasted in game.

I don't... Which is why its wasted for them. I also don't want to waste time browsing the store either, especially since I'm not one to typically buy cosmetics. If queue times were shorter, and I knew I could get a few games in (vs 1) in my limited time, then maybe I'd take a quick gander at the store. But for my lifestyle, ain't nobody got time for that.
Now if while I waited, I could browse cosmetics of the killers/survivors respectively, I might do so, and actually find one I like.

I honestly just like spinning around the characters in the shop, and I would like to do so while waiting for a match.

You have long queue times? Mine last nothing more that 15 seconds to fill up a lobby. :/

When I play survivor, yes. Killer (which is most time these days) no.

I got to rank 5 yesterday with Freddy from rank 8 in less that 5 hours, mostly due to doublepipping, but that's besides the point.
I'm not too sure if they added the dedicated servers yet, but I'm loving it so far. Surv ranks are at around mine, either a rank down or up difference.

There is on PS4. Hold X and move left analogue stick left to right to rotate character

It'll be about as believable as Obama being a lizard man from mars. Honestly I wondered the same thing tbh, it would seem like a basic thing too have, but it isn't ingame.
