Will survivors ever have a way to directly fight back? (within reason)
Head on is the one exception to this if there was ever a way to fight back here would be my concept of how it would work in item form:
Steve's bat
Very rare item
1 charge
Can be used to stun the killer for 5 seconds the killer will drop any survivors they were carrying at the time and the user's aura will be revealed to the killer for 20 seconds.
Do you think this is balanced?
What are your idea's for how survivors could fight back but not be given too much power.

Way too strong remember all 4 survivors could carry it or find it in chests. 5 seconds is worse than ds and the killer is slower than a survivor when carrying without use of agitation.

Head On
Literally in the name

It's called pallet stuns and head on stuns and flashlight blinds. You have more than enough to fight back.

Aren't you fighting back with Decisive Strike?

Rope - ultra rare item
After stunning the killer survivors can use the rope to tie the killer up and he'll stay bound for tens seconds. Survivors can use that time to escape, finish gens or engage in some wholesome non-toxic tea bagging.

Gun - Ultra Rare Item
Shoot the killer in the face. (Ends the Trial)

Can we just do something like in Friday the 13th? As a second (random) option or objetive, you need to get a series of things to kill the killer.

Imagine 4 Bats. It's not balancad at all, except if enduring would cut stun times in a fourth. Even then is a random stun, usable whenever the survivor wants without any skill at all. Flashlights are balanced, "Baseball Bats" not.

if you want to fight back I think you're playing the wrong game maybe try Friday the 13th

If they did, they would have to get rid of the majority of the pallets (if not all)... anything else that stuns killers (DS, Head on, Flashlights).
In essence we do have them in limited/conditional amounts but I think that's what makes the game different than other games.
Though sometimes I am like "Seriously? A pallet stunned someone twice my size?" my we get over that. lol

New Perk
Don't Come to the Next Trial
"Bring a ######### gun to the trial. Anytime the killer moves, shoot them and stun them for 1/2/infinite minutes."
"Some of you are alright, don't bring Decisive to the next trial."

Umm...
DS, flashlight, pallets, loops, Head on... Saboteur to an extent.
Yeah, no. This isn't balanced at all, and is likely NEVER gonna be a thing.

Well i like the idea, maybe if it wouldnt appear in the bloodweb and is only rarely obtainable in a trail, it could work. No 4 survivors at the same time using it, just claudette and me.
With Claudettes last try she got a homerun with one of the spirit parts. Such an good hit

How about, if you cannibalize the pallets and windows for mats you can build a weapon to kill the killer with. But you need to break all your defenses to do it.

It would be cute it DS had an animation of stabbing the killer! :D

They already do and this ain't Minecraft 😂

Literally Detective Tapp was the only person that figured out they could use the hatchets in the lockers, BUT NOBODY ELSE GOT IT

I remember getting a lot of flack for it, but I'm still in favor of a one-use shotgun that can only be found in a chest and can't be taken out of a trial. It just needs downsides and restrictions to balance it out.
The bat is absurd, though. It is upside on top of upside with no way to play around it.

IDV has a flaregun to stun the killer from a certain range. Can be pretty annoying.
While i sometimes muse about adding a single shot revolver/flintlock/flaregun/gun, it should rather not be user friendly. And have a proper addon setup instead of being a "full power only"
Like survivors holding it wrong, ejecting the casing in their face (modern gun), or hurting themselves with the recoil. (Not injuring but other stuff)
But in the current state of balance? Absolutey "will kill the game", as often proclaimed here.

That would be more game impacting than needle and they are getting nerfed. Even the base 5 seconds stun without dropping survivor would basically be game changer.

Perk: Rip and Tear
You are filled with an overwhelming hatred- Destroy the Killer with your own bare hands, if you are the last Survivor standing.
You're huge..THAT MEANS YOU HAVE HUGE GUTS! RIP AND TEAR! RIP AND TEAR!!!

I think a cool ability would be a sort of tackle/grapple that a survivor could do. It would have specific conditions to make it fair. The killer can dodge the tackle animation or hit a survivor out of it so it requires stealth from survivors to make it even more fair.
In order to do the tackle you must have unhooked 2 survivors and be at full health
Or as another possibility be in a radius around the hook of someone that dies on hook after youve unhooked them once (could see that encouraging toxic play though).
If a tackle is successful, the survivor will grapple with the killer for a max of 4 seconds and must hit random overcharge difficulty skill checks. If any of these are failed the survivor will be instantly put into the dying state. After 4 seconds the survivor will be injured and have 2-3? (Idk balance) seconds to escape so it is very risky for survivors.

The game would need a complete overhaul for something like this to work.... killers would need some sort of defensive mechanic to block attacks... but even then if you had 4 bats around... yeah this just couldn't work...

We already have flashlights for the item, as well as pallets, DS (literally stabbing the killer), and Head On. I'd say survivors have plenty of ways to fight back against killers.

If there was a way to fight back against the killer, it would definitely need to be introduced in a new game mode.

Could work as its own game mode. Kind of like some horror movies where they try to kill the killer. I don't think adding more stuns will work in the current game mode and not be busted.
