Does Spirit have any "tells" when she's phasing?
I keep hearing stuff about Spirit's shards glowing or glittering, but when I tried observing her in a KYF match, I couldn't spot a single difference. I'd really like to see a video of this is someone has it, or at least some screenshots.

Only outside of her TR (unless prayer beads addon is used) and apparently you can see some glowing if spirit is using her default skin (but I never saw that tho).

Im pretty sure when shes starts phasing her animation resets, and her hair sticks straight up (if using her default hair)

Her shards have a more intense aura. Look specifically at her left leg when she's standing still and the big shard should glow, that indicates phasing. I'd get screenshots but I don't have friends.

I could never see this "glow" people talk about either, but it's probably because I'm on low settings. On Ultra it's probably more obvious.
What you can look for instead is her hair. If it stands up straighter than usual, she's phasing.
Some skins hide this (like the schoolgirl skin) so tough luck on that.

Her body sometimes shifts weirdly when she begins to phase

I think only the sound tells you.
You can also expect her to be using her Power when you see her stop moving but she could also be baiting you.

The best thing I can say is out mind game the mind game.
If she's standing there don't run around walk away. If you do run double back over your scratch marks if she's phasing. Don't hide where she can see you. Don't hang around pallets.

When she uses cosmetic hair (schoolgirl, kimono) her hair isn't as obvious when she phases, but as of now it kind of glitches and jumps around when she phases. I would show a video but I don't have anyone to video and I don't record my games.
It swings around for a second when the animation resets.
I haven't seen the glass being shiny myself but I do believe it happens.
You can also hear her footsteps and if she's not using prayer beads, her the phasing sound when out of her TR. It gets louder as she gets closer.
