I have some advice against spirit for y’all

If its prettymuch a giant sign over her head saying "shes using her power!!" Then itll turn into the most boring gameplay ever to be in the game.... everyone will just walk and it simply wouldnt be fun... something that you have to pay attention to and find is a lot more challenging and if you dont find it theres still a question that needs answering .

Woo, @GrootDude , I'm sorry it turned into such a mess. But I want to thank you for at least trying to teach people. I agree with your thoughts on Spirit as well, shaking up the gameplay is FUN. I don't get WHY people think its so OP or anything when all it is, is DIFFERENT! Be happy the game isnt stale people.

I feel like when you have to go this far to try to even get one juke in, we’re in trouble.
I’m not saying she should be nerfed, but most people will almost never find versing her as a “fun time”.
She is a breeze to play as because what is suppose to be her weakness (not being able to physically see a survivor) has 0 value when your hearing is enhanced to the point that you can back rub against a survivor and just swing your sword.

I do really think it's funny how everyone says Spirit is so easy and I play as her and don't know a single thing I'm doing. Literally everything takes some kinda of learning period.

Just means that she requires a lot of skill to play against, she really isn’t easy to play, I’ve tried playing her a lot and still don’t really do well.

a survivor that doesn't cry when he gets downed by spirit because he couldn't pay attention to the phasing clues? YOU SIR have restored my faith in humanity

his post was nearly entirely about how THERE IS A VISUAL notification of when she does that stuff, to eliminate the false "luck/chance" with spirit. it is only luck/chance for the survivor if they fail to notice this stuff. if they do then it removes the luck/chance, ALL UP TO THE SURVIVOR TO NOTICE IT

found the rank 20 who doesn't want to learn how to counter killers just loop for days and make the game a bully sim, the point of the game is to learn how to go against killers. not the developers fault or the killers fault IF YOU REFUSE TO LEARN

it was meant a little as a joke btw, guess you cant take those. but what I see is that either the spirit was bad, or it was a very close game, don't know the screenshot only shows so much. the actual way the game turned out is much more important tbh. for me I don't mind going against spirit, I notice the hints for when she is phasing and it helps me to extend the chase more, as well as other things like DONT JUST STAY AT A MINDGAMEABLE PALLET. since I PLAY SPIRIT and I learn what works and what doesn't work against spirit. do I think she needs a nerf? no, AT MOST just change prayer bead rarity. she offers more counterplay than people say

I juke spirits that phase walk easily, my problem is when she goes invisible just walking by default, those two steps closer to me she gets acrews my mind games. Any advice?

Best advice I can give is to avoid really unsafe pallets, watch her movement as close as you can. Passive phasing is a bit more difficult.

Oh and while I'm on can I ask why everyone killers in particular hate Steve's? I'm fully prestiges now but I've been slugged camped tunnelled since I've started and it seems Steve's are hated, but the perks aren't that great nor does Steve indicate a good player?

As a killer I'm super nice, I let the last one go usually and I still get sooo many blood points then I see people ruin all of my enjoyment for a short game where they kill us all get small BP's and derank

Fun Fact: I was doing rounds of KYF with some randoms for lulz and one of them showed me something about Spirit when doing mindgames at pallets. There is actually a sign of phasing if you know what to look for. Dunno if it's a bug though.
Only other counterplay Spirit really needs is to disable that damn survivor/spirit collision. I feel like showing grass movement ect. is too big of a nerf especially on corn maps.
