how fast would exhaustion be with 4 vigils?

This question is almost impossible to answer since you'd need 4 people in a KYF lobby to test it, and the percentages don't stack up to 80% when all 4 are active... here's a quote from the DBD wiki.
Quote from the DBD wiki
"The Stacking is not additive, therefore there will not be an 80 % reduction if 4 Vigils Tier III are present."
This means two things, one 4 Vigils don't increase the percentage at all given from what this quote says... (That means only 1 20% from 1 Vigil is applied and that's all) or two, the percentages do add up but it grows smaller each time a new Vigil is stacked onto it..
Exhaustion works like this, you can stand still and it will take 40 seconds to recover the whole bar once the exhaustion status effect is activated after Sprint Burst, Lithe, Balanced Landing, Dead Hard, etc are used...
If you run the entire time, it'll take 80 seconds to recover (As of Patch 2.1.0) so it's doubled if you run the entire time afterwards when the exhaustion status effect (base exhaustion) is applied to you...
And since as the wiki states, 4 Vigils don't add 80%... it's honestly impossible for me or anyone except a developer to give you an exact time it'll take to recover when 4 Vigils are active... Cause either it only accepts the 20% from the first Vigil and nothing else, or it stacks like say... 15% to 10% to 5% each time a new Vigil is added...
Basically this is your answer
It's impossible for anyone to actually give you an accurate answer because of how Vigil works when stacks... (If it even stacks like the DBD wiki implies, or it does it with diminishing values added each time)
Since 20% is given to you on one Vigil... that's like what? 10 seconds less off exhaustion? or 5... with the diminishing values it's unknown what 4 will give.
My last note
It also doesn't say anywhere if running even recovers exhaustion anymore, so I can't give you a straight answer on that one either... But the rest of my point stands.

If it stacked diminishingly it would be:
((((40-20%)-20%)-20%)-20%)
Which is 16.38
So about a total of 60% off if you are all grouped up together.
(I think)
Edit: No, running does not recover exhaustion.

Maybe its not impossible to answer then.
But its unknown if it actually does stack given the description we're handed from the DBD wiki.

If it didn't stack they'd just say "does not stack" rather than specifying additively.
Most things in the game either work additively or multiplicatively.

Some things don't stack and are missing that description actually. Also, to add another point, for all we know the percentages could be added up in a very perculiar way...
I highly doubt that, but it could... tbh I wish this info for things like the slightly, moderately, etc measurements of percentages were just percentages... it would actually be better imo.
Also, its odd that Vigil is unique with how it stacks up it percentages in a diminishing way since the perk is so niche anyways.
