Prestige and the bloodweb

at prestige 3 maxes out do you get ultra rares more often?

    You have a slightly higher chance to generate them in the bloodweb, so partially yes.

    You are supposed to get more rare addons in general, no only ultra rares.
    However that increase of % is very slightly.

    I've only bothered to P3 one character so far (been focusing on getting all of the teachables unlocked before I P3 anyone else) and it's noticeable. I see far fewer brown add-ons and offerings on that character than I do on my others.

    Making prestiging more useful seems like a solution to the problem the devs have with the excessive number of perks now in the game. Imagine how much faster you could make good builds if prestiged characters got ranked-up perks by default. As it is, prestiging is a drawback to completing builds.

    This would also make it a lot easier to get the perks for newly released characters unlocked on the rest of your survivors and killers.

    i notice zero difference from p3 and non prestiged characters on amount of green+ addons on average.

    Only prestige for the cosmetics if you want them ( and achievements ).
