The "good teammate" commandments
1° Thou shall not bring the killer towards a gen you CAN HEAR is being repaired
2° Thou shall not unhook a teammate when you don't have the ability to help them escape if the killer is camping
3° Thou shall not crouch and hide all game without helping the team
4° Thou shall learn your loops and dodges to give others time to do gens
5° Thou shall not use the shack's pallet unless it's COMPLETELY necesary and thou will call it outloud if in SWF
6° Thou shall leave doors at 99% until everyone is ready to leave
7° Thou shall not escape if someone is hooked or being chased unless NOED is nowhere to be found
8° Thou shall pay attention to which gens are being done in order to avoid 3 genning you team
9° Thou shall take hits and body block for your tunneled teammate at the endgame to escape if the killer doesn't have NOED
10° Thou shall not try to body block when the hook is right next to the carried survivor, don't give the killer free unnecesary hits
11° Thou shall not steal your teammate's chest loot
12° Thou shall not repair the same gen your teammates are doing if you're bad at skill checks

13° Thou shall not run towards or close by to a hooked person if the killer is chasing you

Overall pretty good list. I don't even see how number 11 is possible. If a player drops an item it is fair game imho. If you don't drop it then it can't be picked up anyway.

If it's a chest that doesn't have a wall behind it(like in corn fields) and sometimes if you stand next to the searcher, you can pick up the item while they finish the standing up animation after searching.

Uhh let's see...
- #1. Not actively going to repairing people, i just try to lose the Killer and that sometimes leads me to such a location coincidentally.
- #4. Personal preference, i dislike chases very much, so i actively avoid them or try to end them ASAP.
- #5. I use it when i deem it necessary, which might be sooner than my fellows would like.
- #6. I wanna get the ######### out.
- #7. I wanna get the ######### out.
- #8. So i am aware that you can easily ruin yourself by repairing it down to 3 that are close together. But i don't seem to care, i just repair whichever i find.
- #9 Situational, i might sometimes feel like it, but sometimes i don't, which seems to me like that's enough for me to not follow this commandment.
- #11. I'll take it if it's good or better than what i have, as long as no one's around.
- #12. I don't go for Greats normally, so hitting them isn't hard, but even if i failed them more than now, it's my character, i do what i want, and i wanna repair.

You know reading this list makes me feel like a good Dweet. I even run perks to help make sure things like this happen or don't happen, such as Bond to make sure I don't sandbag my team mates.

2-I'd rather farm someone before 2nd phase or death than let them stay on the hook. i could trade places with them or they might have ds

If you know how to run it or add Dead Hard to it no, it's fine, if a no loops noob is running it, yes, it just makes the game harder for everyone

So people get irritated when they have to get info (used pallet) the way info was intended to be gathered (by seeing and finding out for yourself).....

This list needs to be painted across every map wall when playing with randoms. So many times I've had a survivor unhook me with the killer 2 feet away ready to smack me back down again. Or running for a pallet in a loop only to find it's been destroyed. The best one is when a Gate is opened, and someones hooked, it turns into a every survivor for themselves moment and everyone just runs out. I feel like every game I'm the one sacrafice the killer has just so the randoms can escape. Horray for random teams :D

Yes. Any kind of play that intentionally puts your team mates in unnecessary danger.

Haha! It was so petty. It was when a teammate was, farming or getting stacks off of me(He did have WGLF and MoM) No Borrowed Time. He did no Gens, Unhooked me infront of killer, the killer hooked me, he unhooked, the killer hooked me again!, he ran, self cared and ignored a teammate who wanted to heal him.
One teammate was doing gens, The other saved me, killer chased me. The one i was getting tilted with was following us. I get knocked, killer takes me to hook, the guy stops in front of killer and takes a hit and runs. The killer drops me and chases him. I get heal, killer comes back. I see that NOW he works on a gen(Bond).
I lead the killer to he, killer gets him. The guy kills himself on the hook. I then get a message from him, telling me off(Look after match). I laugh and turned off my system.....ahhhh! I was so triggered. Still kinda am. I never experienced something lije that in months. So petty, but...Revenge!

Thou shall spread out before working on a gen if everyone spawns together.
Thou shall not run away from the one who unhooks you, for he's trying to heal your hurt ass.
Thou shall not self heal when a teammate is around.
Thou shall let the person crounching like crazy behind you open the chest you started to loot. They have stuff to open chests.
Thou shall never ask to open chests if thou doesn't have stuff to open chests

agree with 12 of your rules. so wanted to say this myself but couldn't be botherd. no 13 rule i admit i have done this a few times but that is only cos a) i have been running from far to rescue and then suddenly killer is chasing me when near and i have no where else to go, so i pretend to unhook, or if i get swiped infront of hooked then i'l quickly rescue and my life. b) nobody is able to rescue, camping killer, running out of time, killer can't see me, try unhook.

He’s referring to the Ace In The Hole perk. The person with that perk can open all chests and leave good items, with add-ons attached, laying in there for teammates to use.

thanks for your reply, i should have remmebered that. i've used that perk a couple times before and i was constantly bobbing up and down. they never let me get it for them. they think i want it for myself. i am not that desperate, hahaha

I have also ran the killer to the hooked one when I have BT, don't worry, there are exceptions
