The only killer I commit suicide against.
Freddy with rope/chain addons, Ruin, PGTW, Dying Light and Thanatophobia/BBQ.
I just hate doing generators, so I usually get the killer's attention everytime to get a chase until he hooks me and I die on hook... Sorry, I play this game to have fun but I can't if my objective takes 15 minutes to be completed :(

I don’t suicide on the hook against any killer but I do think about it against ghostface , still don’t though.

Yeah, its kinda annoying that most of the Freddys are running Paint Brush and Swing Chains, combined with Slowdown-Perks. New Freddy is so much more than massive Slowdown.
Will not suicide tho, but I dont blame anyone who does not want to waste his time in such a match.

I've heard legends talking about this but it has never happened to me (1400h btw). I think I would still try to complete the last gen because I'm very good at hiting skillchecks honestly.

Even when I strongly disagree with suiciding/quitting against any killer/survivor with any build I at least am glad that you at least try to help your teammates by getting chased.
Still better then those good for nothing survivors that just quit first second of the match when they either don't like the killer or get downed early or whatever. Urgh how I hate them.

I suicide against killers so laggy that I can't play the game.
Or, if it's a Bloodhunt and the killer is seriously camping the hook, I'll suicide so I can actually play the game and earn BP.

The reason I commit suicide is because I know I won't have fun, so what's the point of playing?
I still play against spirits with prayer beads, billies with instasaw, nurses omegablink... Because at least when I work on my objective against these killers I feel like I'm doing something productive you know?
Against the freddy build I mentioned I can work on a gen for 1 minute, then he comes with pop and kicks it, chases you and hooks you. By the time I return to the gen it is almost 0%. So you have to work again on it with +15% penalty to repair and ruin skillchecks, knowing that freddy can come and use pop again. That's so disgusting and UNFUN.

I thought the problem with 3-gen Doc was that he basically keeps survivors in Madness Tier 3 so that they literally can't complete gens due to being forced to snap out of it first?

Throwing the match screws over your team and is just as bad as DCing. Moreso, since you're abusing a loophole to avoid being punished.
1 hook Suicide = DCing. It's that simple.
Put on your big boy pants, and either play ANY match, not just the ones that don't hurt your feelings, or play a different game.
I bloody hate when people DC or suicide. It's a temper tantrum, either way.

You guys are talking to me as if I DCed 1 every 2 matches, when in reality I only end me faster against 1 killer with 1 particular build, that maybe I find once every 25-35 matches.
Keep your insults and aggressiveness for the people that truly damage this game.

how have people not... figure out the counter to this strategy yet? Jump Rope+Swinging chains is countered by failing skill checks just like old freddy. The perks can be used on any killer and they can be prevented from ever functioning. please stop sandbagging your teammates.

Must be a while since you've played...sadly (for me), there are dedicated servers. Where once I had 1000mbps internet, I am now unable to get into game.
No more hosting high speed games. We are all victims of their dedicated servers.

I'm on console. Most matches are fine. Every once in a while, someone with a green ping will host a match that turns into a Powerpoint presentation, though.

I guess it depends on where you live but when they switched, I haven't been able to get into a game. If you are playing against low speed hosts, that does suck and I empathize with you.
It's hard when you just want to play the game and you are a victim to garbage servers/hosts!

Well, right now, the killer still hosts on PS4 and Xbox. If you pay attention to the ping, you'll be fine 99% of the time.
I don't know how playing survivor on console compares to PC. I know that playing killer on console is more difficult than playing killer on PC, though, because of the framerate drops and how controllers provide less precision than a mouse. If you hate versing Nurse, you'll be glad to know you basically never see her on console. Personally, I see Myers a lot.

There are a large amount of people whom I just don't understand why they play this game.
Literally the whole point of this game is survivors try to do gens and escape, killers try to slow gens down and kill survivors.
Switch to killer if you don't like doing gens.
Everyone bitches about nurse, then spirit, now Freddy. Next it's going to be plague.

That's why i don't run slowdown perks on any killers, because no one likes to hold m1 longer
PS: part of the reason is i don't own those perks.. (ruin, pop)

Don't blame you, one time I was using the locker build, managed to get DS off so I was obsession (wasn't even in a locker, he just decided to tunnel me for no apparent reason), then just killed myself so my team had an easier time getting the last gens done. Although I usually frown upon suiciding on hook and DCing:
1) Suiciding is nowhere near as bad as DCing, it gives the killer the points for sacrifice and you keep your points.
2) If the killer is using a build like this and if you're the obsession, killing yourself is a tactical manoeuvre, on par with removing a hex totem (but it should only be done if there are only 1-2 gens left).

I don't blame about any killer except freddy with this build (and prayer beads spirit maybe because of ez grabs), I just wanted to share my experience and hear different opinions.
There is a difference between killers running 1-2 perks to slow gens down and running all 4 perks + 2 addons + your power to slow gens down. I can't think of anyone who enjoy sitting on gens, only seeing red bars all game, and pressing mouse1 for 20 minutes of their life.

So much hyperbole and exaggeration ITT, slowdown Freddy isn’t that bad. He’s an M1 killer that can be looped and led on long chases, with perks like Prove Thyself and toolboxes you can still just blow through gens.
I laugh when I see thanatophobia, it’s such a small effect that it’s basically placebo.
When you suicide and D/C all you’re doing is screwing your team over, stop it.

I personally hate playing with people like you. Do you think other people are excited to repair gens? I'm not going to be anyones gendrone. Most of the time they come harashing the killer to the same loop and get both of us killed. I would rather play with rank 20s who at least try to repair gens
If there is just one person who refuses to do their duty on gen progress it's very likely that all of the survivors will die.

They really cared too much about having him be a stronger killer than before that they ended up overloading his kit with a base power stronger than clown's ability as well as a teleport stronger than billy's map-wide mobility that is EXTREMELY obnoxious with BBW & PGTW. Not cool tbh

I only ever commited the big S on a hook to spite some freeloading team mate who kept selling me out. That ######### doesn't swim with me, I never give up regardless of killer, how do you ever expect to get better if you run from the things that challenge you?

I only suicide against my own teammates stupidity I don’t mind any killer but I don’t tolerate going into second phase first hook and no gens are done. Teammates are the real killers half of the time and are the cause of many of my deaths. I’m always the first one founded because I usually run towards the killer to be chase because I have no problem running the killer and being chased, but it frustrates me when no one has done a generators because their all looking for RUIN I just kill myself on hook to go help another team that’s actually going to do gens.
