Pharmacy now is dead
Without plunderer it’s already pretty difficult to find chests, I lose a lot of time doing it, and in 3.3.0 patch I will even get a medkit which I will most likely lose after one heal?
Pharmacy is so MEH now...

To be fair, it's a Quentin perk. Quentin perks have a tendency to get indirectly nerfed. My poor boy deserves to get his perks buffed/reworked.

Good riddance. Pharmacy has always been a trash perk, like all Quenin perks, and now at least I won't have to deal wtih Pharmacy users stealing my "lootboxes."

I'll still use it to farm up medkits at rank reset so I can bring a medkit + charges instead of SC at higher ranks

Actually I think Pharmacy is in the best place after this patch than before. Emergency medkits heal yourself faster than before so you can pull of a quick heal and get upto something else sooner.

If anything I'd say Pharmacy got a Huge Buff with the medkit changes.
Getting a guaranteed Emergancy medkit is going to be massive considering emergency medkits are going to give very fast heals. Combine this with some perks and you can get full heals in seconds.

Pharmacy was never popular to begin with. Not in my experience anyway. Can count on one hand the number of survivors I've seen running it this year alone.

I'll probably run it more often actually. I'm not 100% sure how it's being calculated, but it's either going to make for a 12 second or an 8 second self heal (~9 or ~6? with botany). I forget if an action speed increase of 50% makes it take half as long or makes the bar fill up 50% faster.

A guaranteed emergency med is gonna be pretty rad with Botany Knowledge. Self heals in only a few seconds is gonna be pretty strong, especially during long loops!

Good that you've even seen people with it.
I have never seen anyone ever use Pharmacy. Though I may have just not noticed in the few times they came up. But I generally look at everyone's build at the end of the game before I move on.

Me too. The fast heal is nice but two slightly slower heals is mroe valuable.

It’s a slight nerf to pharmacy solo but combined with other perks it’s a big buff. Pharmacy is my favorite healing perk as is the green medkit being my favorite healing item. I was very worried and upset at first but it encourages more perk synergy/perk variation. Now very intrigued as to effective they will be.

You need a perk to see where the chests are? Ive gotten used to chest spawn locations now tbh. BUT Why not just run straight to basement guaranteed chest down there and maybe youll find a killer along the way! Woohooo!

Yeah, I kinda wish it just increased you chance of getting med-kits or solely give you med-kits instead of what it does now. The quicker time is nice, but I'm unlikely to equip it for just speed.
