Do you think they'll be adding back in the Howling grounds cosmetics from the last Chinese new years
Recently while playing about as killer I've been seeing a lot more David's with the untamed donkey jacket. And I feel like David in general is missing out on longer jackets (like his base one through fog jacket)

No, mainly because these are event exclusive cosmetics now. And since BHVR has no intentions of making anymore events that're centered around event exclusive skins (Like the Lunar Event, the Summer BBQ event, etc.)
It's so that if people who can't attend these events don't feel left out if they missed exclusive skins to THAT event, like for example this Lunar Event skin for David. I personally would love them to continue doing event exclusive skins, but to be realistic, its something that shouldn't come back due to some people not having time, they're busy, etc...
Will BHVR do these in the future? They've said possible, but its highly unlikely.
Will they bring back that specific jacket though? No, not at all i'm afraid.

No, because this jacket for David is an event exclusive cosmetic now... And BHVR isn't interested in doing event exclusive cosmetics anymore. Mainly because some people might be available to grind for them, and since the community's getting bigger that's becoming more of an issue.

Thank you for the well made answer, although I'm sad that this cosmetc won't make a return I do hope they give david some longer coats, as the only ones are locked behind old event stuff or just the one cosmetic.

In the future, they'll probably have more coats for him. The only ones that exist is the standard one, that old event one, and the donkey jacket which you can only get now through a steam code or something.
