The Legion Changes Suggestion v3.0.0
Feral Frenzy Changes:
-Hitting with basic attack when Feral Frenzy is not active will not deplete half of the power gauge
-Missed basic attack during Feral Frenzy will have no basic attack cooldown, will not deplete the Power Gauge and end Feral Frenzy
-Hitting a injured survivor without a "Deep Wound" status effect will have a "Deep Wound" status effect with a reduced 50% duration
(This will make him Tier B killer at least which is fine by me)
Legion Review:
Debuff Killers:
Good: Plague
Lacking: Doctor,Clown
Worst: Legion
Comparison:
-The Plague is a good debuff killer because she can debuff at long range(multiple survivors at once), does not lose half of her power when she hits a survivor, can use her power to inflict her debuff to vaulting and looping survivors and her power have a much lower cooldown compared to legion
-The clown is even better even if he had (Long bottle refill) is better than "legion's Longer FF cooldown", he doesnt lose a bottle if he hits a survivor, can throw his bottle from a long range,can debuff multiple survivor with one bottle throw and is better with Redhead's Pinky Finger for 1 hit downs
-Doctor: better at inflicting debuff even with the (lower mobility), he is a long range debuffer and can prevent vaulting and looping + other debuffs with addons
-(Legion cannot down a survivor and is a low tier debuff killer because he needs to chase and hit a survivor to make his debuff work, loses half of the power gauge if he hits a survivor, have a long power cooldown and Loses his debuffing power when he misses + Fatigue, so i think he needs this rework suggestions now with the 3.4.0 changes which Reduces The Mending Time a Lot and allows teammates to mend other teammates for a lot more faster mending in exchange for +5% Feral Frenzy Mobility, you can now remove deep wounds a lot faster while Legion is searching for another survivor) honestly the only positive thing i can say about legion is that he have 130% mobility during Feral Frenzy and The rest about Feral Frenzy is bad
•They are debuff killers, The Plague is (Good), The clown and doctor is (Lacking) and legion is the (Worst) debuff killer

Imo that could be op af and I’m a Legion main. You say Fatal Wound should apply with one hit, and the survivor wouldn’t be able to mend or heal. That means instadown while avoiding loops? That’s more powerful than Nurse. You could down four people with one use of your power.

Look, from my experience with Legion (which frankly is A LOT) he doesn’t need a rework. He needs a buff. He’s good, he feels fun, very fun to play. His addons are those in need of a full rework, and Deep Wound isn’t threatening enough.
Your suggestion is to buff Deep Wound - and on that I fully agree - but I think you are aiming too high.
A stupid way I would buff Deep Wound? Survivors in the Deep Wound status effect are also subject to Oblivious status effect. Mending should be a healing action and therefore detected by Nurse’s Calling etc.

Both of you come by and look over the ideas here. Give me your ideas and feedback. A little more work on yours @DeathEscape and it would be cool! Keep refining it with some thought to balance and fun on BOTH SIDES. Just please, for the love of the Entity, keep the "Rush Down" or "Blitz attack" play style if you do more than a buff. It's WHY Legion is fun.

I removed killer instinct,survivors can heal to remove the effect and give it a longer fatigue time to balance it. Any suggestion on what needs a change please comment.

.... don't take away Killer Instinct. Legion relies ALOT on Information. Taking it away will really hurt.
Longer Stun is also prolly unneeded.
How fast is the FF MS? It's too slow currently
Why can't we see blood stains?
hitting one person then getting stunned? IS that what I read? That alone would make me say no. I love the Rush Down style of Legion. Hitting one them moving to the next and the next is so fun.
Vault speeds are too slow right now too
I get that you are trying to make FF lethal, but I'm not 100% sure if this is how to do it, or if it should be done this way.
All in all, a very interesting idea so far, but i'm not sure it's the best i've seen.

KI actually shouldn’t have a radius at all on Legion and it should be global, since Feral Frenzy already has a timer that goes down. One could think this would be OP, but it would still getting less info than base Doc. Not seeing bloodstains is fine lore-related (we’re in feral FRENZY we can’t see details) and balanced enough since we should aim for people who still aren’t injured. Faster MS in FF could be unplayable on consoles. Imo should be as fast as Spirit’s power, with some addons to enhance it. I agree on all the other points.

If it's global, you are gonna be running after ALOT of people you can't reach before you realize.
Yes, but a Trapper with 3 stacks of PWYF goes 5% faster than Legion in a Frenzy. Legion should not be EASILY looped while they are in FF

Yes that’s why I capslocked frenzy and not feral, lol! But I do see your point.
If it would be global of course you would have a different animation. Like, three different sized KI visual cues, big, standard and small.
Legion shouldn’t easily be looped, yes. But it also can’t be something a survivor can’t escape at all...

Yes, it is my third killer and my current killer. And im disappointed on how fast they mend the deep wound.
At first Im against The Legion Buff but I changed my mind when I experienced what they experienced. Im playing survivor most of the time and I did not know what they experienced and I feel stupid for disagreeing with the buff.

@UlvenDagoth Fatal Laceration is a new effect that i made.
I cannot rework the Deep wounds because of BT so instead i made a new effect the Fatal Laceration.

Soon the legion will not going to be a killer and join the survivors as a new survivor and escaping frenzy will be one of their perks😆😆.

No. This would make Legion OP, even worse then Old Legion. You'll literally have a free down every single time you use your power, every chase, every time.
A better idea would simply:
1: Not have his power drained on basic attacks.
2: Let Frank's Mixtape be base, and then keep the current Frank's Mixtape, so there is a reason too even use Mixtape.
3: Reduce the cooldown for ending frenzy, and increase the recharge speed of his power.
4: Rework Deep Wounds so it's actually a threat, my idea would be too have any survivor in Deep Wounds have -15% action speed too repair, healing, and sabotaging until healed.
Your idea is simply way too strong too be in game, you would make Legion better then Pre-Nerf Nurse and Spirit combined. And the idea of having Fatal Laceration is just Deep Wound's with a different name and a OP result for being hit twice by Feral Frenzy.

survivors almost always have have Self-Care and med kits and FF has a long cooldown.
think about it unlimited basic attack with no cooldown and lower FF Cooldown with faster recharging is more op as it will quickly end the deep wound and down 2 survivors in one run and quick recharging to chase again.
Flash light is also needed to undo wraith's invisibility and hags so its only fair to have self care and medkit to undo his effect and hillbilly can 1 shot you and you can't even heal dying state so why is that?
Read it all again and after you read it again what do you suggest that needed a change in my LIST then?

My idea is To remove "deep wounds" effect and focusing on the new "Killing Instinct" mechanic and new effect "Killing Intent" to hunt survivors One by One a lot different from the pre-nerf Legion that can down 2 to 3 survivors in one Sprint.

Oh, then no, I don't like it. You are focusing on downing one guy... and to me that's not what makes Legion fun. Sorry man, but Legion needs to keep the uniqueness.... and this is NOT how you do that.

The power is use to focus one guy bringing him down, hooking him and finding other survivors to reduce the cooldown of Feral frenzy because it takes full 30 seconds to be able to use your power again, so you need to find other survivors and hit them because by hitting them it fill the power gauge of the power by 1/4.
•The cooldown is half a minute (30 seconds)
It will Bring a gameplay that will force the killer to find other survivors instead of camping
You can down the running survivor very fast if you play mind games and outsmarting him because he is revealed and if you are not good at mind games and you lose him then look for the other survivors and if you luckily find him then hook him and search again
it will not be called tunneling if you down him fast
I hate camping and tunneling and I made this with that in mind
I will make add-ons later, one will be:
-Revealing all the survivors within your terror radius
-increasing your fatigue time by 1 second

This Legion gameplay is a lot different than what you think, you need to down one survivor quickly with playing mind games wisely After you hit him with Feral Frenzy because he is revealed and if you lose him find other survivors, another way to bring down a survivor hitting with basic attack then down the survivor with feral frenzy then hook him after that you need to find other survivors to hit them with basic attack because hitting with basic attack will fill 1/4 of the power gauge so in order to use Feral frenzy again you need to do that
-Pre-frenzy cooldown 2 seconds and Frenzy power gauge charge time 28 seconds a total of 30 seconds(Half a minute) its a long cooldown and making the legion want to find more survivor to put his power to good use
Quickly bringing down a survivor is not a tunneling so its safe, this feral frenzy will make the legion constantly search for survivors instead of camping
I hate camping killers so I made this with that in mind

Cons of new feral frenzy
Cons:
-Fatigue after the duration
-Fatigue after hitting
-hitting once will end feral frenzy
-Pallet drop can end feral frenzy
-Long power charge time
-Survivors' Scratch Marks and Blood Pools are hidden from The Legion's view

Sample:
Reveal all the survivor within the terror radius (instead of the only one that got hit)

In my opinion, Deep Wound doesn't apply much pressure to the survivor as it is now, BUT if they had to change something in Legion, I would say that Feral Frenzy attacks to go back as they were previously, every succesful frenzy attack will decrease the Deep Wound Timer, with all the hits after the first one ending the Feral Frenzy.
