Its not going to a Halloween event anymore. Its gonna be the Nightmare Before Christmas event.

They said it comes with the mid chapter update. And that comes around the beginning of november.

i saw post where on of the devs said they are trying to get it done before halloween abd also mid-chapter patch didt have announced date so it might be coming any day

Mid chapters don't come before it was 1.5 months since the last chapter.
Last chapter was 17th September. Do the math. The best we can expect is the end of October or beginning of November.
