Legend of the Candyman - Chapter
Candyman; underrated slasher, should be put in. Think he would have a very unique aesthetic.
For those who don't know, Candyman is a supernatural killer from the early 90s I think. I haven't watched the film in years, but I remember a lot of scenes clearly.
So, here it is:
THE CANDYMAN
An infamous killer, his power, AGONIZING HIVE, directly traps objectives and interactable objects to punish their use. His perks, MY VICTIM, GOREY DISPLAY, and CONTROLLED CHASE focus around causing panic and disarray through the obsession.
ABILITY
AGONIZING HIVE allows Candyman to vomit a string of bees and honey at various spots. These bees will become hostile if a survivor goes near them.
Like the Plague, the Candyman can use the bees at vault points, pallets, generators, lockers, or even hooks.
Unlike the Plague, the Candyman cannot freely move while laying the Hives. He can also plant hives on the ground, which if a survivor gets near it, the bees will fly at the survivor and attack them.
Once being attacked by bees, the survivor must swat away the bees or risk going into the injured state. If they are continuously unable to swat them, they are put into the dying state.
Once a survivor is being attacked by bees, they will scream and give a sound notification to The Candyman, allowing for easier tracking.
Candyman will be able to put 10 pools of honey down on the ground, but for objectives, he can put honey on them continuously.
PERKS

Letting others see the results of your work fills them with dread of what is to come.
- Match selects an obsession.
- While the Obsession is injured, all survivors within a 38/40/42 meter radius of the obsession suffer a 15/18/20% debuff to repair, healing, and cleansing speed, and all skill checks will be tremendously difficult.
- Debuff goes away after the obsession is healed.

= Gorey Display =
A compulsion to display your dominating prowess to others urges you to make a grotesque display for all to see.
- Match selects an obsession.
- After hooking the Obsession, all survivors within a 28/31/34 meter radius of the hook suffer from the Oblivious status effect for 60 seconds and the Obsession will be Mangled after being unhooked.

= Controlled Chase =
The Entity helps you create terror in others through the actions of one.
- Match selects an obsession.
- While in a chase with the Obsession, whenever the obsession vaults, that vault point will be blocked for all survivors for 120/130/140 seconds. Does not include pallets.
- Blocked vault points are highlighted for the killer.
- If the Obsession is put into the dying state, all blocked vault points are unblocked.

I don't know much about Candyman myself, but the concept seems interesting and these perk ideas are fantastic! Very unique, strong, and potentially game changing! Very nice creativity.

It'd be impossible to really get a hold of all his powers in one setting. But the bees are very symbolic of Candyman and can be a useful power.
Though I think maybe it could be a bit weak in practice. He could use a secondary power, perhaps.
