New Add on System for survivors!
This pretty self explanatory, Add ons for survivors! Unfortunately I don't have any names in mind (Tired but i'll try) So I'll just list some effects that would work under this system. I will only list base additions as they will serve as a guide to what other effects could be added, For example by having Jakes perk for destroying hooks you can assume there's an addon for something like urban evasion. They are not meant to replace a perk as they are one use items, (similar to the killer) but they are meant strengthen a particular build/play style to help against the oppressive add ons killers posses and reuse at higher ranks.
Survivors will only be able to equip 1 addon as there are 4 players.
1. Megs running shoes - Your scratch marks vanish 2 seconds faster while not obscured by the killers view.
2. Davids coat - You will not leave blood behind for 25 seconds after being hit/unhooked.
3. Jakes notes- You can sabotage hooks at 35% the normal speed.
4. Bills coat- Whenever you would go from the healthy state to downed state, You are inflicted with the deep wound status instead.
5. Mins notes- Getting a great skill check will disable all generator slowing effects for 5 seconds.
Iridescent add ons*
These will be much more powerful than the other survivor add ons with many effecting multiple survivors and some negativity affecting the killer. Unfortunately i'm drawing blanks on matured ideas and only have this concept. But here's some examples- An addon which may disrupt the killers aura reading abilities that involves multiple survivors, Only one-2 survivors would be revealed in place of All/majority.
Another idea would be the ability for all survivors to completely recover from the DBNO state while another survivor is on a hook. (Could lead to slugging/bleed outs, Maybe it would be better to grant 2 players the ability with a +1 restriction meaning perks that allow it will stack with this ability).
Lastly i was thinking of a way to help the killer deal with these addons, The only thing I could thing of would be "Hooked survivors have their addons deactivated" with the trade off being that if the killer is stunned, His addons would be deactivated for X amount of seconds.
What do you guys think?
Edit- Limitation to bills coat: This item has two charges, Being hit uses a charge.

Umm survivors already do get add-ons; you equip them on your items. It would be extremely unfair if survivors also got a third additional add-on slot for their character, especially considering how strong some of these sound. Everyone would use Bills jacket for example.

These would be more or less "Attachments" such as the name suggests and you're definitely turning a blind eye if you call one use items for survivors overpowered while killers have access to Mori and other Iridescent addons, You're definitely not fully awake right now

and you are definitely being way too biased for a moment here.

No one is calling one-use items for survivors overpowered. What people are calling overpowered is giving survivors even more powerful addons in addition to the items they already have and the (not inconsequential) addons that go along with those.

In other words, a fifth perk slot.

Excuse you but i'm well aware of how useful constructive criticism is, However it's only applicable if the said person giving it is well aware of both sides which clearly wasn't the case (Mori). Additionally I've already been through the reddit community with this suggestion as it's a good place to get direct feedback from all kinds of players with no filter.

In other words, You clearly didn't read it

That's actually exactly what that comment was saying with the fact that Killers offerings and Iridescent add ons still being the prime example you all seem to neglect as if they don't exist-Until they do. Take a breath

That's not what they were saying at all. The fact that they didn't mention killer addons doesn't mean they were ignoring their existence.
The game and the relative strength of the items, addons and offerings has been balanced around survivors being able to equip an item with two addons, and killers able to equip two addons. Adding another addon slot to survivors of equivalent power to the addons the killers get would tip that balance dramatically and make survivors much too powerful.
Yes, killers have moris and ultra rare addons. Survivors have a variety of strong items, and ultra rare addons. The balance isn't perfect - you can see from the recent changes to Nurse's addons and to instaheals that they're trying to balance things better. But an extra addon slot for survivors would be way too powerful, unless you nerfed survivors' other items and addons and buffed killer addons accordingly. And at that point, it would be a lot of extra balancing work for not that much gain.

There is no argument as to wether it would be unbalanced due to current survivor equipment such as instaheals because they CONSUME THE ITEM ON USE, Whereas killer Iridescent addons last all game in addition to offerings that allow them to reuse said items. Complaining about instaheals while one of the top killers incapacitates players in a single hit with no real penalty is something that's well known and defeats your argument entirely.
