Perk icon was missing, risk of getting banned?

I posted this on steam but I think I'll find a better answer here. I noticed one of my perk icons were missing from their file location after starting up my game. I was going to edit my perks in game but then I saw Small Game had no icon within the perk. What are my chances of getting banned for this? I did fix it in the end.

    EAC said if BHVR doesn't ban you they won't. Point is, mod the icons of perks, powers, addons, etcetera to your hearts content. Just don't touch anything else. There is some super cool perk and portrait packs out there!

    I see but the perk small game itself was missing from the game files.
