Are they just cosmetic?
Do they earn you more blood points?
Do they do nothing?
What in fact are charms.

Charms are cosmetic accessories earned through the rift.
Survivor charms are displayed on the survivor's belt.
Killer charms are attached to the hook.

Basically the mid torso area of the survivor.

No, you have to go to your cosmetic menu and select the empty sections to equip all charms.

oh, ok, i thought for some reason they would appear in items, not realising they are part of clothing. thanks for your help : )
