Who am I supposed to contact about products bought from the DBD store?
I bought those Wraith perk coasters on October 11th and I have yet to receive any kind of email about my order. I have emailed customer service 3 times now and have not heard anything back from them at all. This is getting ridiculous.

Yeah I had a similar issue. Most of their orders seem to be shipping from China so it can take a long time to receive anything. Did you at least get a confirmation email for placing the order?
Posting here isn't a bad idea. Mcote frequents these forums and has helped me personally when I had my dbd shop issue.

Yes I forgot to mention I did get the confirmation email. Nothing since the 11th. Hopefully someone is able to help me. I'd be okay with it taking longer but a response would be nice.

Not sure of your locations, but to give an idea - my stuff took around 4/5 weeks to get shipped, then roughly 7 days for delivery to the UK.

I ordered the Pax Patches & a Hoodie, I received patches then sent them an email on the site about the Hoodie, later that day received an email that my order had shipped. still waiting on it. But have the patches
