QoL change for Pop Goes the Weasel

LET US KICK GENERATORS THAT ARE ALREADY REGRESSING! It's so annoying to hook a survivor and then walk up to a generator just to find out "lol nope this gen is at 99% but because you kicked it before finding a survivor you can't remove its progress."
Pop Goes the Weasel is honestly one of the best killer perks that have been added in some time but the huge amount of inconsistencies with the perk really makes it hard to use.

This, paired with the 30s limit, is what makes it not viable. Especially since most of the time, you cannot afford the time to go kick a gen after hooking someone as you need to interrupt people doing gens.

I find the perk great as it is, but that QoL change would make it even better1

I would be happy with the during being extended to 60 seconds. Often I simply cannot get to a gen before it runs out.1
