Why can't I earn auric cells from the rift?

As the title states!
I bought the rift pass yesterday and I know you're supposed to earn back the 1000 you spent on the pass itself, however I should've earned 75 cells by now, yet I'm still at the same amount when I started; 120.
Do I have to wait until I hit the very end in order to get them all, or is something bugged?

The Rift is bugged for some people at the moment, it doesn't give you the Auric Cells you unlocked for those tiers they were in... so it's currently being looked into.
The best you can do is submit a ticket to the support team and let them be aware of your issue.
