How to Fix Facecamping
Hey Devs! Just a couple of mechanics that would fix the facecamping issue.
- Make it so the survivor's hook progress pauses if the killer is within a certain distance of the hook and not in a chase. That way the killer can't just stand there without completely wasting time and survivors can't just loop the killer near the hooked person since their hook progress would continue.
- Make it so if the killer hooks a different survivor on a different hook from the previous one, that survivor gets an action speed debuff for a certain duration to reward the killer for going out and seeking a new target.
Carrot and stick. The killer is punished if he facecamps and is rewarded if he doesn't.

ya that is nice but the debuff is ummmm... mot really necessary maybe more blood points would be nice but good idea.

This looks like an overall nerf to killers, tbh. Especially during the EGC when the exit gates are open or at 99%. If you don't facecamp the hook when the exit gates are open, the odds of getting a kill are almost nonexistent.
If you leave the hook for even a brief moment, Borrowed Time and Decisive Strike will almost guarantee that all of the survivors escape. And altruism is literally the only thing preventing the rest of the survivor team from just escaping immediately.

For those that use their heads, this is too punishing for a killer, camping is punishing for a killer alone when survivors are smart, dumb survivors lose to a camper, and even if it was a strong strategy, that's still unfair, they aren't even gaining points for it, that's loss enough, and 5-6 meters? Lol get stuffed 2 at the most if this were to happen, insidious free kills man, normally sat 5-6 meters, it's wider than it seems, let dumb killers be dumb killers, you get those gens while killer sits in a single spot, they'll soon learn, believe me, that'll be more effective at ending the camping, if it ain't a troll at least
