Surge and Pop Vs Dying light and Thanos
Let us assume for a moment that combining dying and thanos has the same slowdown potential as surge and pop.
Which one would survivors be more upset about? I think it would be dying light and thanos. Why?
its because these perks slow down effects are constantly being rubbed into the faces of survivors and survivors can directly see the slowdown they are getting.
Whereas with surge and pop, sure they will see that not many gens are getting done, but the progress bar of generators will still be going by at the same speed so it wont feel as bad.
I think BHVR should keep this in mind when making slowdown perks in the future. Make it so that survivors feel the slowdown, but dont constantly have to see an extremely slow progress bar.

How do you feel slower without noticing that you're slower?

Honestly just thanos and you’re gucci

Like losing all feeling in you hands than having someone cut off your fingers while your hands are hidden from your view.

You still have to "feel" the handicap.

Judging by this...lol

I think they were mostly upset with the swing chains. Which makes the progress bar slooooooowwwwww

Not nearly as slow as people give it credit for. It goes up to a 12% slow, which tacks on about an extra 9 seconds on gens if EVERYONE is asleep.

I came here for a Thanos meme and I’m sorely disappointed.

Surge and
PopSurveillance.Very powerful on Freddy

"Surge" lol. More a meme than a perk. Like "Head on". Got a use, but not really viable. Except in the DS, Inner, Q&Q combo of course.

Until the day where thanatophobia effects include sacrificed or killed survivors. I'll consider it very weak unless you're running a killer who can consistently keep people injured like plague or Legion.
