This is the Survivors forum right??

With all do respect pop your head over to the killer section. It goes both ways lol. I do agree though the toxicity that exists between both sides is very inappropriate but it's not just one side.

This is a sub forum that has topics relating to survivor issues. There is not a big sign out front that says "No Killers allowed." Just the same goes for the Killer sub forum. If a topic is put up and someone, regardless of there "main," has an opinion it is going to voiced. This is generally how message boards work. And, to be honest, I doubt anyone starts a discussion for everyone to just be yes men, e.g. Killers talking about why DS should be nerfed, 9/10 Killers would just agree, no real discussion, just a lot of nodding heads.

If you're looking to a crowd for your approval, this is the wrong place to post indeed.

The Survivor forum is for conversations about Survivors, not for conversations by Survivors.

I’m not looking for anyone’s approval, I just hate when people enter forums just to troll and say git gud! I know it happens both ways but since I posted this in the SURVIVOR section I saw no fault. But as always I knew some people couldn’t help themselves.

I checked all the "negative" answers to your thread and there was nothing discriminating as you describe it. People just mentioned that there are toxic people commenting on the killer forum.

No one trolled you. No one told you to git gud.
So what the hell are you talking about?

You can post freely on this forum and express your opinion. But don't try to put words in other people's mouths and then play the victim.

This whole post is full of people telling this person off for having an opinion (and an opinion that's not entirely unfair-- go look through this forum and see how many threads are about scummy survivors versus how many killer threads are about scummy killers), which is what you say should be allowed here.

I don't think this person is playing the victim and I think it's pretty rude to say that they are. I think they're expressing a fair frustration that I know I've also felt as someone who would like to discuss things like best survivor builds, chase strategies, etc. but only sees popular threads about how to nerf flashlights and Claudette more. I'm not saying get rid of those conversations, just that there needs to be more balance.

  Yes, this is the survivors forum. But anyone can express his opinion. Or should people that play both or killer only not be allowed to post here? Doesn´t that sound childish?

• Third answer: You shouldn't be a "main", just play both sides, many people who post here do that.

• Fourth answer: Wanna see childish and toxic behavior, take a look at the steam reviews of the game from all the cry baby survivor mains, then see who the childish and toxic ones are. xD

I'm honestly not sure how to "enlighten you" on how to politely and respectfully communicate with other human beings. That's something you should know how to do.

They're not toxic, but they are rude.

Also I was talking about the entire forum, not just this particular thread. I can tell you want to be right and you're going to continue to make a straw man argument by picking and choosing the pieces of what I said that fit your side, so I'm not going to continue replying. However, I would maybe consider the fact that if you want to be someone who supposedly stands for people expressing their opinions, you need to let people express their opinions.
