I just lost 2 event cosmetics...
Today I lost 2 event cosmetics:
1) David's Untamed Donkey Jacket
2) Kate's Free Songbird Top
Is this a common problem/bug right now and do the devs know about that? It's just really frustrating and I'm mad, because I've worked hard for it to get it and now it's just gone -.-
Does anyone else have this problem as well and what did you do to resolve it?

I tried to submit a ticket (it's the first time I'm doing this), but now I'm not sure if devs got it.
As you can see, I've got an account on this site here and when I submit the ticket it said, that it got sent. BUT the thing is, when I wanted to take a look on my ticket (at "My tickets") it says that I have to sign in??! I don't get it - did the devs get my ticket or not??

If you haven't already, you should sign up for support. That helps you keep an eye on your tickets, and easier communication with support. Then you can sign into your account and see your tickets there.

I know they just had an issue with the Trapper Ornate mask vanishing so I would assume this issue is (or will be very shortly) on their list.

Should I submit them another ticket then (but with an account this time)? I mean it said that my first ticket was sent successfully today (without account), but yeah let's better make sure, they can contact me on this support site as well xD

Ok, I managed to get now into this account at this support site. That was pretty weird, but nvm - I got it, I hope they will answer as soon as possible :)

They already answered to my ticket and said that they sent this to the DbD-Team for further investigation. Has anyone got these cosmetics already back after sending this ticket? I just would like to know how long it's gonna take until I get it back or if that's even a good sign and not only one of those standard replies.
