I have started to dodge lobbies
As survivor. I have tried my best to keep my calm with people playing with their friends, but r1 queing with 2 of his r20 buddies is gonna be slaughter.

I'm dodging lobbies with people that say "I'm running the killer around!", because those people can't loop and don't do gens most times.

I always lobby dodge those I don't feel like playing with new teammates

I usually have a bad feeling when I enter a lobby with survivors who are a completely different rank colour to mine.
I try not to dodge but boy, sometimes I really want to.

I personally dont mind if there is 1x red paired with 2 of his green rank buddies, but when its r20's Im out.

I was about to say "don't do it", until I saw you meant as survivor. Yes I agree those are lobbies you should dodge.
When I play survivor, survivors dodge me 😓

Why do you think it's okay for survivors to dodge, but not for killers (if I understood you correctly)?

I dodge every lobby with a key

You’re asking me to dodge if I see your ps4 username has “toxic” in it or is otherwise smurf related, as well as names that have knowingly bad words in it. You get reported too.
This morning, I entered a lobby with a Quentin that had the Tw slur spelled out, and who was obviously a dbd smurf. Dodged, blocked, reported.

You did indeed. The matchmaking would be balanced for the rank 1 player, The two randoms should be rank 1 so the the rank 20 would probably throw the game off balance, being matched against a rank 1 killer.
As killer, I don't dodge, not because I feel it its wrong, but because I need to face the sweatiest, most toxic red-rank SWF squads to improve. I don't think it is wrong in principle.
A killer that dodges wouldn't affect the outcome of a match but a rank 20 in rank 1 game (or a rank 1 in a rank 20 game) would sway the game out of balance.

Kinda strange for survivor to dodge when fellow survivor has a key?

But these rank 20s will face a high rank killer anyway because of their high rank SWF teammate; it doesn't matter if you dodge the lobby or not.
The only thing that changes is that you personally don't have to play with rank 20s. Why not take the challenge? Isn't that a change to push yourself and improve?

As killer ofc

I'm not a red rank survivor and am more likely to be the survivor that dragged the team down. I personally would not dodge that lobby but I think a rank 1 would.
However, you make a good point.

But that survivor with the key is not likely to wait for you to join her at the hatch, so maybe dodge as a survivor too? I've seen many key-holiding survivors abandon their team mates.
But as killer, the killer's handbook says that he is allowed, nay OBLIGATED to tunnel and camp the key holder.
