Who do you want from the adult losers club in IT? maybe Richie or Beverly?
it's hard to guess but I'm going with Beverly although they might end up adding in richie instead, or they could add in both Beverly and Richie which I doubt because stranger things was special i'm assuming.

Never read the book or watched the movie but doesn't one of the adults die by IT? It would make the most sense to have him in the game (assuming a IT chapter ever happened).
