It's not the soundtrack in the game files though. It's a similar sound but surely if it was the actual Nun license then BHVR would avoid the obvious leaks from happening.
I suggested a mummy/Anubis chapter but I hope I'm wrong because they deserve a map. The Nun might be ok as a standalone killer.

The Nun will probably be like legion/GhostFace but instead of being all loud the music will be subtle, the Nun might stalk you a little and charge up her 'crazy' ability to increase speed and one shot capability.
Idk, probably Huntress size. I need to watch those movies.

You know what it's ok because Pennywise deserves a full chapter anyway. Still realllllly want to see the cenobites. I also think that Jason and Chucky need at least some kind of representation on principal alone. I know the license for Jason is messed up but i mean Mortal Kombat got it and its not like it would effect his own (stagnant) game. I don't know how chucky would work, i honestly think just having him be a tiny killer could be amazing (idk how he would hook, maybe give him special sacrifice thing and have him drag survivors to it? Seems too bad ass to come true tbh) but at the very least get him on a map or something. Maybe you could have Ski mask carry him around, idk but he's too iconic not to be in this

I’m so on board with an original Nun. I haven’t seen the movie. A nun is a nun though to me. Time to become a killer main if it’s true. Religion is a running common theme in scary movies idk why they’d shy away from it.

It would actually be pretty cool to have a version of Frankenstein (Mad scientist survivor) and his monster tho. Not sure how interested they are in doing free domain killers but i think if they did it would open up a lot more conversation for who deserve a rep, Dracula and Van Helsing have to be near the top of the list though

The Nun was also in Conjuring 1&2 really good movies. The prequel with the nun title was the only bad movie with the character.
If we were to get the nun i'd hope it'd be a conjuring chapter with Ed Warren survivor.

"Really good" is a bit strong. And neither of them were good/decent because of the Nun.

No i don't think so. Annabelle has a higher kill count in the series despite the nun being the main antagonist ?♀️
Horror is a genre where no one agrees on whats good or not when i say really good i mean in performance/reviews.
They did well enough to create a whole mcu like horror universe.

I don't think it's the nun the footsteps sounds, like dress shoes running, and the heavy breathing is the their. The hissing is environmental so we going to get a new map, but I would say the new killer is Chucky and the map is the Graveyard from Bride of Chucky or It's Jason Voorhees

Personally, seeing the Nun in Conjuring 2 was disturbing. Like, I honestly didn't like looking at it, it made me so uncomfortable. If the Nun was added to DBD, I think I could feel the same. I haven't seen the actual Nun movie, but I've heard that it was absolutely terrible...

Its not the same. Its similar, but its not the same. There have been thousands of other horror things that have had similar echoing drone noises. It could be literally anything. Plus nothing about the audio event code lines suggest that its Valak.

Well we arguably have a Santa Claus outfit for Clown. Maybe they got away with it because people forget Santa Claus's origins are from a 3rd century monk St. Nicholas. Also Christmas is literally called "CHRISTmas", I always overlook that.
Then of course there is Adiris of Babylon, whose story somewhat mirrors the biblical story of the tower of Babel. As the story goes, humans in their pride built a great tower to reach into heaven, not for the sake of honoring God, but only as a testament to their own greatness. In response, God created language: Nobody could communicate with eachother, construction ceased, and the plan was thwarted. Adiris in our game is afflicted with the Plague rather than language, but she also worshipped in a tower (Temple of Purgation=Tower of Babel) and was self-absorbed (Her vanity, and belief she was destined for status, belief she would be protected from sickness= Pride)
Edit: Also, Father Campbell (The Crotus Penn asylum Priest) was murdered by the Nurse, and had his own Chapel just outside the Asylum that was recreated in the Entity's realm, so the Clown could park his caravan there.

I wonder why this thread is still in general discussions and not fan creations or something like that. I made a thread about another killer and they were like "lock this away to never been seen again" by sending it to fan creations. I hope it's the nun because my idea would work best with a map. The next chapter doesn't come with a map. Probably a standalone killer.

I really hope it is. He will probably be able to turn into some kind of mutant creature with the serum. Basically DBD's own version of William Berkin.

Thw devs have said that the entitys realn exists "outside" of time, as in time lines dont mean anything inside the entity.
Hopefully, the alchemist will not only be a killer, but the survivor as well. The killer portion is after hes went to the void and injected himself, the survivor would be before he went to the void.
It might be a stretch, but i have hope!
